The Marketing Analytics Specialist supports the modelling capabilities that cover all marketing data that form the Red Bull Marketing mix.

The primary focus of the role is on sales analytics and reporting, including pricing, promotions, business intelligence, distribution, and assortment analysis. You will have a crucial role in integrating data and translating insights into actionable strategies. Additionally, you will support the analytics team in leading the future Marketing Analytics modeling agenda and developing in-house modeling capabilities and analytic projects.

STRENGTHEN THE DATA ANALYTICS IN PRICING, PROMOTIONS & ASSORTMENT

You’ll support analytics capabilities and research new techniques using existing data and other methodologies. This is to strengthen analytics on distribution and assortment efficiency as well as on pricing and promotions effectiveness including regression, elasticity modelling and conjoint studies.

TIMELY & ACCURATE REPORTING

Part of the role requires accurate and timely reporting on business intelligence, looking at category development, share performance, competition development, new product monitoring & assortment/packaging analysis.

SUPPORT DATA MODELLING INITIATIVES

In this role, you will develop Red Bull’s capabilities to understand, extract, clean and analyse data from a range of systems and data sources. You will be part of Marketing Mix Modelling projects with multiple stakeholders & markets involved, which includes navigating through challenging requirements (such as incomplete data) and ensuring the projects are delivered in a timely manner and documented effectively.

IMPACTFUL PRESENTATIONS

The key to the role is delivering actionable insights to the Headquarters, regional and local stakeholders. To reach this goal, you’ll work with data and systems as well as the different marketing teams to build an integrated picture of the business to give relevant, accurate and timely recommendations.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • University degree (ideally Masters) such as Mathematics, Statistics, Business & Economics etc
  • Fluent in English, additional languages a plus
  • 2+ years’ experience
  • Experience using sales data from IRI, Nielsen or equivalent
  • Experience in econometric modelling and time series analysis
  • Ideally experience in using commercial statistical software packages, e.g., R/Python or SAS, SPSS
  • Ability to draw the insights from multiple complex data sources to draw patterns
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Innovative, solution-oriented, analytical mind-set

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.041 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
