FINDING THE RIGHT TALENT

You'll be leading all the efforts to attract and select the right talents at the right time for the department you are responsible for. While making sure all open positions are filled in a timely manner, you'll also help strengthening our inspiring brand and our image as an employer worth working for. You'll take flight into new initiatives and inspire global talents to join the world of Red Bull.

ENSURE A SMOOTH CANDIDATE JOURNEY

As experienced Talent Acquisition Partner, you understand how important a candidate's journey is. You'll guide new talents through the entire application process in your own personable way. Often times small details will make a difference in the candidate's final decision, therefore you'll ensure a constant flow of communication to inspire and excite candidates. FULL CIRCLE TALENT ACQUISITION PROCESS

Your job will come full circle in the talent acquisition process. You'll start with talent mapping, continue to the screening and interview phase and you'll be able to go all the way to an offer for a new employee. You'll be in close contact with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, external agencies and new candidates.

DRIVE TALENT ENGAGEMENT

Sourcing and Talent Engagement are major parts of our hiring strategy, so you should be confident in seeking out, engaging and strengthening relationships with top talent. We'll count on you when it comes to gaining and expanding specific industry knowledge, trends and market changes and nurturing relationships with its talents.

TALENT ATTRACTION

Attracting the right talent at any given time is the main part of Talent Acquisition. You'll work together with colleagues and your business to find the right space for your roles, which can reach from university events to professional meet-ups.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • HR or Business relevant studies (Business Administration, Psychology, etc.)
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition, ideally within an international, complex & high-volume recruitment environment
  • Fluent in written and spoken English & German
  • Passion for Recruitment & able to build relationships with managers and candidates
  • Understanding & excitement for the brand Red Bull brand and its products
  • Strong professional communication skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders on every level
  • Proactive, highly efficient, and effective organizational and project planning/ management skills
  • Additionally you are characterized by team spirit and humor

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2041 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
