Du bist zuständig für
- Pflege und Betreuung von Menschen ab dem 45. Lebensjahr mit chronifizierten, psychischen Erkrankungen und einem erhöhten körperlichen Pflegebedarf in einer suchtakzeptierenden Einrichtung im Wohngruppenmodell
- alle Tätigkeiten des gehobenen Dienstes für Gesundheit und Krankenpflege nach GuKG
- pädagogische und praktische Begleitung von Praktikant*innen und Anleitung von Auszubildenden
- Unterstützung der Klient*innen ihre Ressourcen zu nutzen und ihren individuellen Lebensstil weiterzuführen
- Dokumentation pflege- und betreuungsrelevanter Daten
- Zusammenarbeit in einem multiprofessionellen Team
