RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
LEGAL RISK MANAGEMENT

Identification and management of legal issues concerning the fashion and retail business.

Focus on strategic and high-risk topics and set-up of relevant workflows and processes.

Development of solutions to complex legal questions.

Advising internal executives in strategic business areas.
LEGAL COUNSELLING

Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and finalizing contracts of diverse nature including sales, supply, lease and purchasing.

Liaising with local counsels on peculiarities of the applicable laws.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Preparation of analyses and solutions for specific legal projects including distribution models, allocation of Intellectual Property rights from research & development projects with third parties and supply chain legal issues.
PROVISION OF TRAININGS
- Provision of trainings on reoccurring legal matters and education of business members to solve minor legal questions autonomously.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience, either at a law firm or in a legal department at an international company, preferably in the apparel industry
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Proven contract drafting skills
- Law degree, bar exam, ideally post-graduate degree
- Fluent English and German is mandatory
- Travel 0-10%
