As International Key Account Specialist for Catering & Travel in our Global On Premise department, you’ll be responsible for supporting the roll out of our Global Catering & Travel Partnerships. In addition, you will support the top markets strategical and when necessary, operationally. This is to ensure that the markets continuously drive for sustainable distribution, maximizing sales and volume whilst establishing strong relationships with our Partners.

DEVELOPMENT OF GLOBAL STRATEGIES AND TOOLS

In this role you’ll create and adapt the Red Bull Strategy towards Global Strategic Accounts in the Catering and Travel Segment and integrate it into our overall Global On Premise Strategy ensuring we grow horizontal and vertical distribution making Red Bull available to consumers at the moment of need. You’ll have the opportunity to enhance, evolve & adapt current tools for efficient account acquisition, management & tracking.

LEADERSHIP AND TRAININGS

You will manage the Global Strategic Catering Accounts owning the responsibility to advocate and showcase the importance of the Strategic Catering Accounts to the Global On Premise Business while sharing best in class examples on how these partners help us win in Catering and Travel.

HANDS ON

You will be responsible for building the relationship with internal and external stakeholders, acquiring and developing new partners and driving sales with these partners globally.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • University degree in Business Management, Project Management, Economics or Engineering, or the equivalent field experience
  • Excellent command of English, German is a plus. Other languages advantageous, but not required
  • A minimum of 3 years’, considering internships, experience with Account Management, ideally within the On Premise or a FMCG is required
  • A resilient sales mindset is required for this position as you will be tasked with the roll out of projects from inception to completion
  • Self-motivated team-player who enjoys working in a diverse and fast-paced environment with multicultural and international stakeholders
  • Exceptional presentation skills and excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Advanced knowledge of Power-Point and Excel
  • Strategic and innovative thinking
  • Passion for establishing new business partnerships
  • A problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong willingness to learn

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2041 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
