The International Business Analyst will play a hands-on role in developing market winning strategies and initiatives to accelerate the Red Bull business.

QUANTITATIVE

In this role you will be responsible for establishing knowledge and expertise on all current data sources – IRi/Nielsen sell-out, BI depletions and profitability, audit data, etc while you also evaluate when/where new sources are available and/or necessary. You'll build reports, dashboards, insights decks on a regular basis to continually be up to date on the latest industry trends as well as uncover, understand, and communicate the most important information to support insights, share with markets, and/or work with customers. You'll also be leading your own projects while creates a deep understanding on core business principles/initiatives by advocating and leading research.

QUALITATIVE

This role involves being cross-functional in thought and process, collaborating with other departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the brand's vision. It requires leading conversations with markets to stay informed about the local business landscape beyond relying solely on data. Additionally, meeting with customers, comprehending their objectives, and identifying opportunities to further support local teams is crucial. In this role you'll be responsible for presenting in various settings such as internal calls, customer meetings, and formal gatherings, serving as the subject matter expert on trends, data, and insights. Active listening skills are necessary to anticipate and proactively address customer needs or market demands. Problem-solving abilities based on logical and pragmatic thinking are required during negotiations. Lastly, finding effective ways to share information with teams, whether through Sharepoint or one-on-one calls, is an essential aspect of the role.

EXPERIENCE

  • University Degree
  • Excellent English Skills
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Previous Sales experience preferred
  • Learner, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • A team player with great integrity
  • Strong analytical skills using internal and external data sources (i.e. Nielsen, Canadean, etc)
Travel 20-30%

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.041 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
