Strategic Supply Chain Project Manager

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the cross-functional set up and execution of strategic supply chain projects. You’ll lead the project management and execution, through organizational setup, formal kick off until the handover to the operational business.

Project Management and Execution
In this role you’ll setup, lead and manage Strategic Supply Chain projects, considering all involved internal business units as well as project partners (suppliers, external consultants) and other stakeholders. Applying project management methods and driving the development of a Strategic Supply Chain Program Framework will also be part of your role. Moreover, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the overall project management, including developing project organization, plans, timelines, and budgets.
Continuous improvement
You’ll be an active part in constantly developing Red Bulls Program Framework of Tools, Methods and working procedures in close relationship with our Data Team and you’ll ensure documentation for future use (lessons learned, knowledge management).
Cross-functional Teamwork
You’ll be responsible for the coordination of all project workstreams: You’ll oversee multiple workstreams, ensuring that they are aligned with the project goals and timelines. Ensuring transparent communication across all departments involved via organizing efficient team meetings and providing proper documentation will be also part of your responsibility. Furthermore, you’ll facilitate and lead meetings, ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and that fact-based decisions are made in a timely manner. You’ll also support the program manager in preparing and presentation of relevant information/status reports to the Steering Committee.
Building your network
Establishing a strong network and foster collaboration with Operations team members will be part of your responsibility as well as to develop relationships with other areas of the business particularly the finance, global data and sustainability team.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ project management experience ideally in the field of Supply Chain/Operations
- Experience in the food, beverage, chemical or a similar industry
- Solid knowledge of project management tools as well as MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Passion for sustainability
- Problem-solving competencies as well as conceptual thinking and continuous improvement
- Structured and autonomous way of working
- High levels of personal energy, drive, and hands-on mentality
- Proactiveness and continuous improvement mindset
- Team Player with entrepreneurial spirit and end to end thinking

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.063 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
