RESPONSIBILITIES
- University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) with focus on supply chain management or logistics
- Fluent in English, German is considered as a plus
- 3+ years of professional experience in the field of (production) planning, supply chain management, or logistics.
- Experience with SAP S4/HANA, planning systems preferably SAP IBP and master data systems (SAP MDG-M) is advantageous.
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Analytical, precise and structured way of working.
- Process- and solution-oriented, able to work under pressure, organisational talent.

What awaits you?
- Controlling of all overhead costs for the region Central and Southeastern Europe (comprising 12 markets).
- Be the financial business partner for certain departments and markets for all overhead cost related topics.
- Conduct all activities related to the monthly financial closing process.
- Perform accurate planning in the financial processes (i.e. Budget & Forecast).
- Analyze plan/target gaps, derive measures and communicate recommendations to process partners.
- Ensure target achievement by close collaboration with the respective business units.
- Support in the rollout of a new planning & reporting system (SAC - SAP Analytics Cloud).

Your responsibilities
- Lead the development of the global talent management practices and tools
- Provide strategic consulting to our internal stakeholders while continuously deepening your expertise within best talent practices, tools, and capabilities in alignment of PALFINGER’s long-term strategy
- Design and implement the talent reviews framework, calibrations & assessments together with our senior leadership, HR teams, and department heads
- Drive data and system led measurement mechanisms (reporting and KPIs)
- Support the integration of the Talent Management tools and processes into our HRIS (Success Factors) and Visualization platforms like PowerBI
