- Design, implement, and optimize driver-based planning models across Regions, Functions and Productlines
- Lead the design and optimization of enterprise planning and forecasting models with a strong focus on automatization, governance and data quality
- Translate business drivers into actionable data models within annual budgets, rolling forecasts and strategic planning
- Partner with Data Analytics teams to ensure seamless data integration from ERP and data warehouse systems and govern Planning & Consolidation metadata, hierarchies, and business rules

What can we expect?
- A degree in business administration, logistics or comparable fields of science with initial professional experience in the automotive industry in an operational stock management role (or comparable).
- Alternatively, you have completed your vocational training and have at least 5 years of professional experience in an operational stock management role (or comparable).
- Experience with the BMW Group ordering system IVS-R will be a plus.
- Familiarity with BMW Group Products and Processes and confidence to handle and communicate with various Interface partners, e.g. with specialist departments, central functions and 3rd party providers.

Your tasks
- Manage and develop COPA-DATA’s representative organization in Brazil, ensuring alignment with regional sales, marketing, and partner objectives across the Americas.
- Develop and execute energy-sector business and partner strategies aligned with both our global goals and the regional growth priorities of the Americas

What can you expect?
- You will be responsible for ensuring the production pipeline fill by ordering stock vehicles, both for central compounds as well as regional compounds based on recommended configurations (ConRecOrd Templates).
- You will be constantly monitoring the order/production pipeline and in case of disturbances (e.g. restrictions) you will be managing the incident by identifying & evaluating the problem, deriving measures (including defining the specific handling in the ordering systems) and coordinating the communication with the relevant process partners.
- Regular exchange with the relevant central interfaces (e.g. template management, stock management, volume planning, young used car management) and market based sales functions (e.g. area manager).
- You will be the central contact for dealer queries that could not be answered and clarified by First Level Support.
