YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and evolve PAIP and other internal AI products — from new features and agents to platform improvements
- Design, build, and operate applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI technologies, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and multi-agent systems
- Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations connecting AI capabilities with enterprise systems
- Own products end-to-end — from requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment through to production deployment and ongoing user support
- Evaluate, prototype, and integrate emerging AI tools and technologies into the existing enterprise landscape

- Drive the transition to a fully model based and virtual engineering environment for Loader Cranes
- Develop and validate innovative crane functions through simulation and virtual testing
- Define and implement MBSE/MBD methods, tools, and standards
- Setup and lead international virtualization teams and projects, strengthen the global development network
- Establish knowledge management and KPI tracking

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain simulation models of loader crane systems using MBSE/MBD methods, tools, and standards with focus on hydraulic and mechatronic behaviour
- Support innovation and virtual validation of loader cranes during the product development process
- Perform system analysis using simulation and measurement data to improve model accuracy
- Collaborate with cross disciplinary engineering teams to support product development
- Contribute to continuous improvement and reuse of simulation models, methods, and workflows

- Technical and managerial leadership of the team in the Order Engineering & Technical Documentation department
- Management and coordination of order-related processes
- Ensuring the timely preparation and delivery of technical documentation with optimization and further development of processes, tools and standards
- Interface management between Sales, Operations, Purchasing and Service
- Resource planning and capacity management within the area of responsibility and support in preparing quotations and clarifying technical aspects of customer requirements

- Work closely with the Product Group to align requirements, design and implement common architectures
- Design and develop custom solutions for electrical and embedded systems
- PCB electrical design for low voltage analog, high-speed, or embedded systems
- Work through the entire PCB development lifecycle from schematic capture to system integration
- Drive your own deliverables and at times lead a team of engineers to meet project milestones

- Participate in all phases of the automation development: requirements, design/analysis, assembly, testing, integration, and volume manufacturing.
- Design and analyze mechanical and mechatronic systems, including motion control and automation.
- Conduct detailed analysis including structural, finite element analysis (FEA), thermal, heat transfer, stress, vibrations, fluid and gas flow dynamics, and manufacturability to properly specify designs.
- Work with cross-functional teams (software, controls, suppliers, manufacturing).
- Developing control systems in close collaboration with software teams.

- Analyze customer requirements and business processes to design tailored ERP solutions using Infor LN and other standard/custom components
