YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the global spare parts sales order process in coordination with the global service team and the regional spare parts teams -
Develop and support the regional parts teams in parts pricing and discounts and tools (Excel & SAP) on a global level -
Using your SAP knowledge, you will shape the process and support SAP rollouts -
You will write process flows and training documents and be able to train people -
Manage the master data for sales orders, pricing/discounts, and spare parts reports

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT or a related field
- 3+ experience in IT project management, with a track record of successful project delivery
- Certification in Project Management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus
- Experience with SAP, preferably S/4, CRM/TPM and/or BW
- Experience within CPG industry is a plus
- Knowledge of Jira & Confluence is a plus
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong vendor management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex IT systems in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively

RESPONSIBILITIES
- University degree in Business Management, Project Management, Economics or Engineering, or the equivalent field experience
- Excellent command of English. Other languages advantageous, but not required
- An in-depth knowledge of Excel is required
- Advanced presentation skills will be required to communicate global strategies and processes across multiple markets in a simple, clear, concise, and empowering way
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience with Sales, Customer Development, and/or Human Resources, ideally within the On Premise

- Advanced undergraduate student, post-graduate student or recent graduates (Bachelor’s/Master’s degree) in Business Administration, Information Technolgy or similar.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage E-Commerce operations in coordination with the global service team -
Act as a key interface between internal and external stakeholders to drive technical evolution and seamlessly integrate new solutions -
Analyze requirements and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and deliver an exceptional user experience -
Manage and enhance the E-Commerce shop, ensuring smooth functionality and supporting the implementation of new features -
Lead strategic initiatives to boost performance and sales through targeted technical optimizations and innovation

What awaits you?
- Be the finance point of contact for the markets incl. Cars and Motorcycles.
- Prepare and communicate business recommendations and reports towards management (incl. management of the regional headquarter and local offices).
- Challenge management on business activities and ensure informed decisions are being made to maximize profitability.
- Identify pro-actively areas for financial improvement and implement measures (e.g. profitability initiatives).
- Consolidate month end actual results, analyze Cost of Retail spend versus budget/plan, derive recommended actions, and communicate to management.
- Analyze and approve quarterly tactical programs (Cost of Retail) from Sales and provide analysis and recommendation regarding financial impact to management in close collaboration with the team of market controllers.
- Ensure correct bonus payouts to dealerships according to approved bonus scheme and tactical programs.
- Collaborate with the wider team to plan the contribution margins and Cost of Retail for BMW/MINI cars & BMW Motorcycles within the official Forecast and Budget process for the entire CS region.
- Comprehensive steering of Finance KPIs to ensure target achievement of e.g. gross profit, contribution margin or Cost of Retail.
- Facilitate and optimize efficiency, processes and best-practice sharing across all markets of the CS Region.
- Lead an international team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching and development opportunities.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and across the wider organization (i.e. Sales, Used Cars, Financial Services).
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
- Foster a positive team culture and promote continuous improvement.
- Represent the team and its interests in management meetings and strategic discussions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Programming: know at least one of Python, SQL, R with the ability and willingness to learn the other two. Snowflake or Databricks knowledge is a plus.
- FMCG Knowledge: prior experience working at an FMCG company in a data or analytics focused role a plus.
- Data Literacy: ability to prepare datasets ensuring top quality such that essence of said data and the implications for the problem at hand can be grasped quickly.
- Statistical Reasoning: applied understanding of Stats and Probability and know how to use these tools to reduce uncertainty in a business context (regression, visualisation).
- Technical Literacy: applied understanding of modern computing allows the candidate to do things which go beyond the strict definition of Data Science (git, API calls, web crawling, …).
- Presentation Skills: present coherent data stories at the appropriate level of abstraction given the audience.
