Sozialarbeiter*in (m/w/d)
- Betreuung und Begleitung von Frauen mit und ohne Kinder, die von Gewalt betroffen sind oder waren und Unterstützung auf dem Weg in ein selbstbestimmtes Leben
- Durchführung von Aufnahmegesprächen, Betreuungsplanung und Übernahme von Bezugsbetreuung
- Vertretung der Einrichtungsleitung
- Vermittlung von Kompetenzen im gemeinsamen Tun
- Case Management (Hilfsangebote finden, planen und koordinieren)
- Beratung und Unterstützung hinsichtlich Ansprüchen aus der Sozialhilfe und anderen öffentlichen Unterstützungsleistungen
- Organisation des Zusammenlebens im Haus und partizipative Beteiligung der Bewohner*innen

Deine Aufgaben
- Koordination von Kundenprojekten von Ausschreibung bis Abnahme
- Sicherstellung der Projektziele (Kosten, Qualität, Termine) und strategisches Controlling
- Abstimmung mit allen relevanten Abteilungen sowie Ressourcen- und Meilensteinplanung
- Weiterentwicklung von Projektmanagementprozessen und Schnittstellen inkl. Softwareintegration
- Unterstützung der Leitung PDS und Key-Account bei administrativen Aufgaben

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enrolled student or recent graduate (Bachelor’s or master’s level) in Information Systems, Digital Transformation, Business Informatics, IT Management or a related field.
- Fluent in English, German is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and structured working style, with an interest in understanding processes and improving them.
- Ability to communicate clearly and reliably in a professional, cross-functional environment.
- Interest in Digital Workplace topics, enterprise IT collaboration tools and processes.
- Hands-on mindset with a willingness to support both operational and coordination-heavy tasks.
- Basic familiarity with tools such as Jira, Airtable, Confluence or similar systems is an advantage, but not a prerequisite.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advanced undergraduate student, post graduate student, or recent graduates (Bachelor’s / Master's degree) in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Familiarity with programming languages and scripting (e.g., Python)
- Basic understanding of cloud computing platforms (ideally AWS)
- Comfortable working with data having first experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
- Knowledge of SQL to query databases and data products
- Strong interest in data-driven decision making
- Affinity for media and automation is a big plus
- Ability and courage to challenge the status quo as well as the willingness to investigate new solutions and technologies
