YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the global spare parts sales order process in coordination with the global service team and the regional spare parts teams -
Develop and support the regional parts teams in parts pricing and discounts and tools (Excel & SAP) on a global level -
Using your SAP knowledge, you will shape the process and support SAP rollouts -
You will write process flows and training documents and be able to train people -
Manage the master data for sales orders, pricing/discounts, and spare parts reports

RESPONSIBILITIES
- University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) with focus on supply chain management or logistics
- Fluent in English, German is considered as a plus
- 3+ years of professional experience in the field of (production) planning, supply chain management, or logistics.
- Experience with SAP S4/HANA, planning systems preferably SAP IBP and master data systems (SAP MDG-M) is advantageous.
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Analytical, precise and structured way of working.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- 5+ years of SAP ERP experience (in particular customising and master data management in FI/CO)
- Strong financial acumen and in-depth understanding of financial processes as well as proven track record of business process improvement initiatives.
- High attention to detail with excellent organisational and analytical skills, and the capability to handle projects and stakeholders
- Ability to quickly identify and analyse solution delivery risks & impacts as well as to define alternatives & prioritizations in order to remove roadblocks
- Ability to understand complex system correlations
- Ability to communicate effectively with both finance & technical as well as cross functional stakeholders
- Must be self-motivated, self-directed and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment

- Law or Science degree in natural sciences (chemistry, biology, technics), ideally with a special focus in food law.
- Fluent in English, German skills are an advantage:
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in a law firm, international company (food or pharma industry) or similar.

- Hands-on experience in International Sales Business Insights, Distributor/Wholesaler (DP/WHS) Management, and Field Sales Management.
- Proven experience in managing projects, with the ability to drive initiatives from conception to execution.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with econometric modelling and statistical analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP BI, Power BI, and Tableau; familiarity with SQL or R is a plus.
