YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and own global product marketing and positioning strategies across the entire product lifecycle to drive sustainable business growth
- Lead and shape go-to-market strategies in close collaboration with Product Management, Sales, and Regional Marketing, ensuring alignment, strategic clarity, and global consistency
- Drive global product launches for complex products and services, managing timing, narrative, and readiness, with structured handovers to regional teams
- Develop product positioning and messaging frameworks that translate technical features into customer-relevant benefits and clear competitive differentiation
- Act as a strategic partner and project leader, collaborating across Product Management, Sales, and Service to align perspectives, manage cross-functional initiatives, and deliver against objectives, timelines, and budgets

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support of and close cooperation with selected customers, partners and international Palfinger Marine entities
- Analysis of inquiries, preparation of quotations and technical and commercial clarifications
- Close cooperation with Palfinger internal departments, like Design, Application Engineering, Project Management, Production, After Sales and more
- Special focus on offshore wind business
- Further development and optimisation of Sales tools and processes
- Visit of international customers and exhibitions

Tasks
- Responsibility for the legally compliant creation and review of labels based on current specifications (declaration, documentation, compliance)
- Creation and maintenance of sample and finished product specifications in accordance with applicable legal requirements
- Implementation of linguistic adjustments and extensions in more than 42 languages, as well as maintenance of international country‑ and customer‑specific requirements
- Operational support and management of label inventories for several international locations
- Subject‑matter contact person for internal departments such as Production, Customer Service, Product Management and Logistics
- Documentation and maintenance of process documentation as well as country‑ and customer‑specific requirement tables

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define, document, and continuously improve business processes and Palfinger Development Process (PDP) architecture, ensuring standardization and compliance across all process guidelines
- Take ownership of assigned data objects—including structure, creation, modification, and deletion—and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and KPI performance
- Evaluate, prioritize, and document Requests for Change (RFC), manage release activities, and support process testing, training, and roll‑outs
- Monitor and report process and data KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and lead initiatives for efficiency and harmonization
- Support Process Owners and Managers, coordinate data experts, and lead data cleansing or improvement projects while fostering knowledge transfer across teams

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the international CPQ rollout across product lines, regions, and distributors, including supporting distributors in integrating the system into their processes and deploying it to their sales partners
- Ensure CPQ features are available throughout the entire sales structure
- Plan and conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars for internal and external users
- Maintain ongoing communication with users to gather and relay feedback, while closely collaborating with the Product Owner and regional sales organizations to drive continuous tool improvement
- Develop rollout plans, coordinate schedules and resources, and monitor progress to provide timely updates to management

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and analyse competitive products, performance, and capabilities. Communicate insights to the product development team and define countermeasures against competitive positions
- Collect and interpret the voice of the customer (VOC) and stakeholder requirements in a solution-neutral form. Support evaluation of regulatory requirements, norms, and standards. Review stakeholder requirement documents and assess scope changes during development
- Provide feedback on technical feasibility, risks, and opportunities for product portfolio planning. Support the process of maximising value proposition for individual products and the overall portfolio. Communicate product plans and strategy to ensure alignment across stakeholders
- Assist in developing business opportunity proposals and business cases during early PDP phases. Act as an interface between product development and business functions to ensure feasibility and risk assessment
- Assemble information for gate reviews and provide critical analysis for decision-making. Evaluate and communicate impacts of scope changes on technical concepts, costs, and risks
