As a Sales Engineer Manager, you will support international customers and partners in the maritime industry, focusing on the growing offshore wind sector. You’ll handle technical and commercial inquiries, prepare quotations, and collaborate closely with internal teams—from design to project management—to deliver tailored solutions. The role also involves developing sales tools and representing PALFINGER at customer visits and exhibitions.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support of and close cooperation with selected customers, partners and international Palfinger Marine entities
- Analysis of inquiries, preparation of quotations and technical and commercial clarifications
- Close cooperation with Palfinger internal departments, like Design, Application Engineering, Project Management, Production, After Sales and more
- Special focus on offshore wind business
- Further development and optimisation of Sales tools and processes
- Visit of international customers and exhibitions
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Technical education (HTL, FH or technical university)
- Fluent English and German – both in writing and speaking
- Team-Player with organisation talent, negotiation skills as well as creative thinking
- High communication skills and enjoy contact with international partners and customers
- Sales experience with technical investment good preferred

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 53.241,02 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conforming overpayment.
