- Develop and implement global and local marketing communication concepts and campaigns in close collaboration with the Brand & Marketing Communication team
- Lead the creation of engaging content across digital, social media, print, and events to promote brand and product visibility

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, set up, and launch global and regional performance marketing campaigns across search, display, and social platforms, adapting content and targeting for local markets
- Execute and optimize paid campaigns by monitoring performance, adjusting targeting/bidding/creatives, conducting A/B tests, and collaborating with agencies for creative improvements
- Track and analyze campaign KPIs, engagement, conversions, and lead quality, providing actionable insights to enhance ROI and future campaign performance

ALL ABOUT: CREATING SAFETY BY TECHNOLOGY
- In your role, you will be responsible for setting up and configuring our voice communication systems.
- You will carry out the implementation and commissioning on site at the customer's premises, ensuring that smooth operation in the control centers.
- After successful commissioning, you will support our customers in the first few weeks as a competent contact person. You will then hand over the control center to our support team.
- As an interface, you will support the technical support team in an advisory capacity.

- Strong involvement in planning, steering and reporting of financial KPIs.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and maintain security standards, architectures, and baselines for on-premise Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Purview and Azure environments, including privileged access and Zero Trust principles as well as Email and Communications Security
- Guide, steer, and supervise third-party service providers responsible for implementing and operating security configurations, ensuring alignment with internal policies and best practices
- Govern identity and access management, including privileged access management, conditional access, and continuous improvement of Zero Trust capabilities
- Support and coordinate security monitoring and incident investigations using Microsoft audit and logging tools, SIEM platforms, and endpoint detection solutions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to design secure network and cloud architectures, including firewall and secure access solutions, and ensure regulatory and policy compliance

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enrolled student or recent graduate (Bachelor’s or master’s level) in Information Systems, Digital Transformation, Business Informatics, IT Management or a related field.
- Fluent in English, German is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and structured working style, with an interest in understanding processes and improving them.
- Ability to communicate clearly and reliably in a professional, cross-functional environment.
- Interest in Digital Workplace topics, enterprise IT collaboration tools and processes.
- Hands-on mindset with a willingness to support both operational and coordination-heavy tasks.
- Basic familiarity with tools such as Jira, Airtable, Confluence or similar systems is an advantage, but not a prerequisite.
