Your responsibilities
- Development, planning, production and implementation of go-to-market, event and brand concepts and campaigns to effectively communicate and promote our brand identity, values and positioning in the market
- Leading of content and messaging creations across multiple platforms (digital, social media, print and events) to engage and inspire our target audience
- Close cooperation with our agency and third-party network to lift our campaigns to a new level of creativity and professionalism
- Strong collaboration with our global marketing and communications teams to ensure guidance, governance and a consistent implementation in all markets

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Sales, Communication or similar
- Fluent in English. Other languages advantageous, but not required
- Minimum 5+ years of FMCG experience within Sales, Trade Marketing or Brand Marketing, preferably within beverages
- Proficient understanding of POS development and production
- Understanding of sales processes and experience working with retailers
- Innovative, solution-oriented and creative mind-set with problem solving and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communicator with openness to understand and adapt to cultural nuances
- Advanced Power Point skills. Experience in design suites such as Photoshop preferable but not required
- Self-motivated, self-directed, flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment

Tasks
- Talent Development: Designing and managing programs that develop employees’ skills, career paths, and leadership potential. This includes succession planning, training initiatives, etc.
- Talent Acquisition: Collaborating with local HR/recruitment functions to establish the global standards & guidelines for identifying, attracting, and onboarding the right talent for current and future business needs.
- Employer Branding: Building and developing a strong employer brand to attract high-quality talent and increase employee satisfaction.
- Performance Management: Overseeing processes that assess employee performance and ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Retention and Engagement: Developing strategies to keep employees engaged and motivated, including initiatives for recognition, job titles, career progression, etc.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Ensuring the talent pipeline is diverse and inclusive.
- KPI’s - Monitor and report on key talent related metrics

RESPONSIBILITIES
- University degree in Business Management, Marketing, Project Management, or the equivalent field experience
- Excellent command of English, German would be a plus
- +5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, with a proven track record working with global brands across marketing functions
- Knowledge of the On Premise industry and trade is required.
- Ability to analyze complex trends and connect the dots between multifaceted disciplines
- Understanding of sales processes & negotiation with Global & Regional Key Accounts’
- Demonstrate exceptional planning, project management and presentation skills

Die Rolle
- 3+ Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Office-Management und Projektmanagement, idealerweise in einem dynamischen Umfeld.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung in Marketing, Medien- oder Kommunikationswissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich.

- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce roles, working with Global Brands (FMCG/CPG industry preferred) or market leading Pure Players, Bricks and Clicks or Quick Commerce players across sales and marketing
- Experience in people management is strongly favoured
- eCommerce knowledge is a must, ideally with account management/online category management experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality, pragmatic in developing things from scratch and a passion to drive the initiative to the next level
- Strong analytical skills and experience using internal and external data sources

- A resilient sales mindset is required for this position as you will be tasked with the roll out of projects from inception to completion
- Self-motivated team-player who enjoys working in a diverse and fast-paced environment with multicultural and international stakeholders
- Exceptional presentation skills and excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Advanced knowledge of Power-Point and Excel
- Passion for networking and establishing new business partnerships is needed to foster strategic global partnerships increasing distribution and sales within the On Premise
- Strategic and innovative thinking will be needed to create specific, unique, commercially focused strategies which are scalable at the global level
- A problem-solving mindset with strong willingness to learn is a must as this is a development position within the team

RESPONSIBILITIES
- University Masters degree, such as Mathematics, Econometrics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering etc.
- Minimum of 2 years experience, ideally with Data Science experience in the field of Retail /consumer goods data and Marketing Mix Modeling
- Experience in using commercial statistical software packages, e.g. R, Python etc.
- Experience in econometric modelling (systems and analysis)
- Excellent analytical skills, communication and active listening skills
- Good understanding of marketing principles, as well as Consumer/Shopping behavior
