- Nach der fachlichen Einschulung in unsere IT-Systeme übernimmst du schrittweise eigenständig die Verantwortung für die Administration, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung von unseren IT-Systemen & IT-Applikationen.
- Du stellst sicher, dass die IT-Unternehmensrichtlinien eingehalten werden.
- Du übernimmst projektbezogene Aufgaben im internen IT-Umfeld.

DEINE AUFGABEN UND VERANTWORTUNG:
- Bearbeitung, Analyse und Behebung von eingehenden Problemfällen und Systemmeldungen (2nd & 3rd Level Support) an Haupt- und Nebenstandorten in Österreich
- Koordination mit dem internationalen IT-Support von Amer Sports
- Life-Cycle-Management für Hardware (Clients, Phone, Printer) und Software
- Client Management Unterstützung (SCCM, Intune)
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von IT-Projekten im Bereich Support und Infrastruktur
- Technische Schnittstelle zwischen lokalem Business und IT
- Analyse, Optimierung und Implementierung von IT-Infrastrukturlösungen
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung des IT-Support Prozesses

Aufgaben – Dafür sorgen Sie bei uns:
- Administration: Konfiguration, Verwaltung und Implementierung der Telefonie-Funktionen in MS-Teams
- Support: Bereitstellung von 2nd und 3rd Level Support für Telefonie-Fragen unserer Filialen
- Netzwerk: Gewährleistung der Sicherheit, Stabilität und Verfügbarkeit aller Telefonie-Systeme
- Zusammenarbeit: Anforderungen an unsere Kommunikationstechnologie mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen und externen Partnern ermitteln und bei internationalen Projekten und Rollouts mitwirken
- Technologien: Evaluierung neuer Technologien und Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Konzepten für internationale Rollouts

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in the Business Intelligence area with project involvement, ideally gained as a Controller, IT Consultant, Business Consultant, Business Analyst or Requirement engineer.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Business Informatics, IT.
- Profound knowledge of system-based planning (BSS) and reporting tools – ideally SAP, SAP BW, SAP BI-IP Planning, S4/HANA, Hyperion Financial Management and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Advanced level of Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills as well as project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Workfront.
- Solid controlling/accounting background and understanding of financial processes.
- Ability to understand complex processes, identify risks and find solutions.
- High attention to detail with excellent organisational and analytical skills and the capability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
- Team player, self-motivated, goal-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent command of English, working knowledge of German is a plus, but not a requirement.

Deine Aufgaben
- als zentraler Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) bist du für unsere Warenwirtschaftssysteme zuständig und fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen den Fachbereichen und der IT
- die Umsetzung und Leitung von nationalen und internationalen Projekten im Warenwirtschaftsumfeld (z. B. Optimierung von Prozessen entlang der Supply Chain) liegen in deiner Verantwortung
- du koordinierst und führst landesweite Rollouts von Neuentwicklungen und Anpassungen der Warenwirtschaftssysteme durch
- du koordinierst im Zuge von Releases und Projekten die Systemintegrationstests
- die Bearbeitung und Analyse von Tickets im 2nd Level Support sowie die Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen gehören ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben

- Weiterentwicklung und Betrieb (inkl. Supporttätigkeiten) des Krankenhausinformationssystems sowie medizinischer Spezialsysteme
- Unterstützung des 1st und 2nd Level Supports für die gesamte Softwarelandschaft der Tauernklinken
- Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit internen Benutzern vor allem aus Medizin und Pflege
- Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit externen IT-Partnern und Software-Herstellern
- Wartung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Applikationslandschaft
- Abhandlung von Supportfällen, Fehleranalyse und Applikationschecks
- Administration, Support und Customizing weiterer IT-Applikationen
- Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten im medizinischen/pflegerischen Umfeld

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience in SAP ERP Supply Chain role or a similar position
- Proven experience in a supply chain business
- Expertise in MS Office tools
- Key user knowledge for SAP systems (focus TM), Business Objects, BI is an advantage
- Project management skills of advantage
- Strong communication skills, particularly the ability to convey complex topics in simple memorable terms
- Analytical mind-set able to isolate key issues to solve problems or exploit opportunities
- Logical and efficient way of working with keen attention to detail

RESPONSIBILITIES
- 3+ years’ work experience in Sustainability and/or in the Business Intelligence area with project involvement
- Experience with Business Intelligence and Reporting Systems, ideally SAP ERP-S4, SAP BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau or any other BI solutions
- University degree in Sustainability, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Business Informatics, IT or similar
- Up-to-date on sustainability regulations and developments/innovations
- Data-driven, data-enabling and solution-oriented person with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical concepts/data models and document processes
- Ability to work across multiple teams in a large organisation, align goals and drive overall success independent of organisational boundaries
- Professional communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment on different projects in parallel
- Passionate about sustainability, environmental protection and social initiatives and feel motivated in your work as a result
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
