- Deine fundierten Prognosen auf Basis von Markt- und Kundendaten bilden dabei das Rückgrat für unsere Planung.

What can you expect?
- You will develop, operate and optimize the pan-European Sales Operations Business in a Group function (BMW and MINI).
- You will determine the best Sales Operations processes for Region Europe.
- You are responsible to constantly monitor performances and defined KPIs by utilizing dashboards and AI to analyze data, ensuring operational excellence, informed decision-making and continuous improvement in close collaboration with the BI network and the team.
- You will prepare and present relevant insights in the dedicated European Management Circles.
- You will steer the regular exchanges with the different involved stakeholders, like central and headquarter departments (e.g. ordering, stock management, volume planning, young used car management) and market-based functions (e.g. area manager) and national sales companies.
- You will contribute to the adoption of highly automated processes to guarantee mass capability for the whole European Region.
- You will identify new system requirements and taking responsibility to forward process and system adjustments to the respective business process owner.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support of and close cooperation with selected customers, partners and international Palfinger Marine entities
- Analysis of inquiries, preparation of quotations and technical and commercial clarifications

Your Responsibilities
- Manage Documentation: Create, collect, and maintain technical datasheets, drawings, and manuals; ensure proper upload to internal databases.
- Support Sales & Projects: Analyze customer requirements and provide documentation support across departments.
- Coordinate Certification: Maintain and renew product type approvals; apply for new certifications for upcoming products.
- Act as Key Contact: Liaise with Notified Bodies, Class Societies, and Authorities for certification processes.
- Ensure Compliance: Monitor regulations and standards (IMO SOLAS, ISO, DNV, Marine Equipment Directive) and share expertise internally.

- Define, document, and continuously improve business processes and Palfinger Development Process (PDP) architecture, ensuring standardization and compliance across all process guidelines
- Take ownership of assigned data objects—including structure, creation, modification, and deletion—and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and KPI performance
- Evaluate, prioritize, and document Requests for Change (RFC), manage release activities, and support process testing, training, and roll‑outs
- Monitor and report process and data KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and lead initiatives for efficiency and harmonization
- Support Process Owners and Managers, coordinate data experts, and lead data cleansing or improvement projects while fostering knowledge transfer across teams

- Act as the main contact for retrofit and modification requests from customers, dealers and service partners
- Translate customer needs into clear technical solutions in close cooperation with design teams
- Develop and prepare retrofit and modification offers, including service kits
- Manage projects from initial inquiry through successful completion
- Build in-depth knowledge of PALFINGER marine and wind cranes to create effective solutions

- Manage the international CPQ rollout across product lines, regions, and distributors, including supporting distributors in integrating the system into their processes and deploying it to their sales partners
- Ensure CPQ features are available throughout the entire sales structure
- Plan and conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars for internal and external users
- Maintain ongoing communication with users to gather and relay feedback, while closely collaborating with the Product Owner and regional sales organizations to drive continuous tool improvement
- Develop rollout plans, coordinate schedules and resources, and monitor progress to provide timely updates to management

- Define and own global product marketing and positioning strategies across the entire product lifecycle to drive sustainable business growth

- Drive global product launches for complex products and services, managing timing, narrative, and readiness, with structured handovers to regional teams

- Act as a strategic partner and project leader, collaborating across Product Management, Sales, and Service to align perspectives, manage cross-functional initiatives, and deliver against objectives, timelines, and budgets
