- Manage CIP, NSR's, and sustaining projects for existing products.

- Develop the global strategy for processes and data in collaboration with the Senior Process Manager for the focus areas Supply Planning and Inventory management
- Ensure standardized data collection, data handling and system entry to allow for a focus on decision making
- Ensure knowledge build up and sharing across regions & sites (e.g., concept behind safety/cycle stock, inventory drivers, constrained vs. unconstrained demand)
- Design and maintain standardized inventory monitoring and escalation governance
- Lead process modeling, documentation, and training of local experts during rollouts

Your responsibilities
- : Build and manage the ICT PMO, define project management standards, and ensure governance, compliance, and reporting.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the digital transformation from enterprise to shop floor level, focusing on business processes, data management, OT architecture, and governance
- End-to-end ownership of process definition, documentation, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of business processes, data objects and respective templates
- Manage and develop the Operations Process & Data Organization (PDO) team, including resource allocation and competence development
- Drive the implementation and advancement of digital shop floor solutions (Smart Factory, IIoT, Edge Computing) and integrate OT and IT to enable digital twins
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Business & Technical Template Owners, technology partners, research partners) and ensure the achievement and further development of KPIs for efficiency gains and cost control (e.g., StruCo, CAPEX, OPEX)
