We are looking for a committed Experienced Finance Business Partner to enhance Transparency and Steering of our ICT and process relevant investments and projects.As part of the Holding Controlling team, you will be responsible for all operative controlling aspects, develop standards by involvement in designing and implementing reporting processes, and contribute to IT-related Controlling projects.You will add value by providing full transparency regarding financial and non-financial performances and enhance a balanced view on risks and challenges. With a clear focus on future-oriented analysis as a base for proactive interventions, this is an excellent opportunity for you to connect business and technology perspectives in close collaboration with the executive functional management.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze financial and operational performance of business areas – with a focus on ICT and Process & Data Management – to identify improvement opportunities
• Act as a strategic partner to functional managers, supporting business development, decision-making, and performance monitoring
• Lead efficiency and process improvement projects, develop standards, and design optimized cost allocation systems that add measurable value
• Develop, implement, and harmonize controlling standards to ensure consistency across the group
• Coordinate key financial processes such as budgeting, target setting, and monthly closing, while driving performance improvement initiatives in collaboration with Service and After Sales teams

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling, Business Informatics, or IT – or a comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of professional experience in Controlling, ideally within a corporate group or medium-sized company; background in ICT, digitalization, or process management is desirable
• Solid understanding of ICT tools and processes, with proficiency in SAP or a strong motivation to learn the specifics of the business area
• Strong analytical and value-oriented mindset, combined with structured, independent, and pragmatic working methods
• Excellent cross-departmental communication and teamwork skills; fluent in English (German is an advantage)

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 53.241,02 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conforming overpayment.
