- You will support the introduction of comprehensive IT and software solutions and ensure their sustainable implementation in terms of budget, time and content.
- Your focus will be on coordinating and managing customer projects. You will work closely with your project team, manage the individual phases and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
- You will hold regular project meetings, coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders, and prepare decisions for management.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- University degree in marketing, communications, journalism, media, technology, computer science, information systems or a related discipline
- First Experience with digital services, social media or a similar field
- Strong English writing skills, first project management experience and social media knowledge
- Passion for social media, digital tools and services as well as information technology, digital tools and finding ways to organize and improve business processes
- Understanding of the digital and social media industry – including social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, Reddit, Twitch, etc.
- Desire to become an expert with Social Tools: like Sprinklr, Bit.ly, Facebook Business Manager, LastPass, and Airtable
- Strong communication skills and a desire to work and build relationships with a range of partners, stakeholders and external contractors - and to communicate technical subject-matter
- Organized, creative, self-motivated and focused on delivering results

- ​Manage CIP, NSR's, and sustaining projects for existing products.
- ​Manage a team of individual contributors to project schedules and deliverables.
- ​Accountable for the design and development of highly complex electrical systems, sub-systems,and/or solutions, applying engineering methods to design.
- ​Decision maker for design reviews. Ensure designs are complete, of quality, and adhere to Lam standards.
- ​Mentor, coach, and develop engineers.
- ​Work closely with product management to align and execute to product priorities.
- ​Contribute to PDR programs and system visions.
- ​Support field escalation and supply chain efforts as necessary.
- ​Contribute to functional specifications for highly complex electrical/ electro-mechanical systems and power distribution components.
- ​Prepare high-quality reports and technical presentations to clearly communicate design intent, analysis, and results to diverse audiences.
- Organize hands-on test and validation utilizing lab equipment to characterization of the performance of the electrical/electro-mechanical systems.
- ​Assess and deliver performance feedback to team members.
- ​Lead by influence. Lead outside of direct authority to accomplish objectives.
- ​Represent the electrical and systems team to outside groups and leadership.
