RESPONSIBILITIES
- 7+ years in IT infrastructure architecture or related roles.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Proven expertise in data integration platforms (e.g., Azure Data Factory) and/or disaster recovery planning.
- Strong knowledge of hybrid cloud environments (Azure, AWS).

RESPONSIBILITIES
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the legal field, with a focus on compliance.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in overseeing legal compliance risk management, with an emphasis on areas such as anti- corruption & bribery, antitrust- & competition law, supply chain and ESG compliance, sanctions & trade compliance, data protection, cyber security & human rights protection.
- Experience in developing, implementing, and managing compliance programs (incl. compliance communication & network strategies) and initiatives within a corporate environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex legal and compliance issues and develop effective solutions.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide structured support for strategic programs and projects, focusing on OKR management, sprint planning and portfolio analytics to drive performance, identify challenges, corrective actions and improvement plans
- Ensure quality in program planning, management and tracking across workstreams in SmartSheet while monitoring and improving milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Manage, Co-ordinate and enhance governance for the programs. Prepare reports for relevant forums (Performance reviews, Delivery Boards, Executive updates etc) and support ad hoc reporting and visibility
- Assist in budget tracking, spend monitoring and preparation of financial reporting and business cases and support development of process to monitor and track financial and non-financial program performance
- Support workstream leads with tool management while driving performance improvements and promoting best practices aligned with group standards

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Minimum 3+ years of combined, relevant experience in international law firms and/or in-house legal departments of an international company.
- Degree in law or economic law from a reputable university; a postgraduate degree is an advantage. CIPP/E or a comparable data privacy qualification is also beneficial.
- Solid knowledge of European data privacy law, experience in supporting and advising strategic and international projects and stakeholder management. Â
- You have sharp analytical and communication skills and a strong aptitude for technology. You are diligent, proactive, collaborative, and have demonstrated excellent legal and business judgment and strategic thinking.

Key Details
- Duration: 1 year (January 2026 to January 2027)
- Work Location: Primarily remote – occasional on-site meetings at our Salzburg office by arrangement
- Working Hours: From 20 hours per week, up to full-time (38.5 hours)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- 4+ years of experience in Data Science. Previous experience working on Data Science topics in Operations / Supply Chain is a plus.
- Masters or Doctorate in relevant field, for instance: Mathematics, Operations Research, Science (including data, computer, behavioural, social, e-con, ...).
- Programming: know at least one of R, Python, SQL with the ability and willingness to learn the other two
