Tasks
- Analyze and manage the global raw material portfolio to ensure optimal efficiency and quality
- Lead and execute technical projects on an international level
- Collaborate closely with local and global raw material management teams, R&D, procurement, and quality management to align strategies and processes
- Support the procurement department in adapting to market trends and fluctuations
- Act as an expert for all raw material-related inquiries and decisions
- Develop, implement, and monitor globally aligned processes
- Consolidate and harmonize raw materials across regions
- Identify synergies for cost optimization and portfolio improvement

Tasks
- Talent Development: Designing and managing programs that develop employees’ skills, career paths, and leadership potential. This includes succession planning, training initiatives, etc.
- Talent Acquisition: Collaborating with local HR/recruitment functions to establish the global standards & guidelines for identifying, attracting, and onboarding the right talent for current and future business needs.
- Employer Branding: Building and developing a strong employer brand to attract high-quality talent and increase employee satisfaction.
- Performance Management: Overseeing processes that assess employee performance and ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Retention and Engagement: Developing strategies to keep employees engaged and motivated, including initiatives for recognition, job titles, career progression, etc.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Ensuring the talent pipeline is diverse and inclusive.

We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join our global HR team. In this functional role, you will be responsible to supportthe execution of our HR strategy and initiativesaimed at transforming and setting our HR operations up for the future. - Support the planning and execution of global HR initiatives, including change management and communication
- Support of the global HR competence centers, such as Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, etc.
- Participation in a global HR transformation project (implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules):
- providing support related to testing
- training/enablement of the organization
- supporting international roll-out
- Supporting with monthly reporting, invoice management
- Organization of meetings, preparation of meeting documents (e.g. in PowerPoint) and meeting minutes
- Administration of global online training database
- Collaboration with local HR teams and other functions in various countries
