Your responsibilities
- Development of innovative marine cranes and their specialized components by creating robust mechanical designs, for example for steel structures, ensuring robustness and reliability
- Preparation of technical documentation, including detailed 2D drawings according to our departmental standards and procedures
- Realization of projects, relating to unique customer requirements
- Work in dynamic. versatile project teams and support various departments to foster a cooperative and well-informed work environment

Your Responsibilities:
• Lead the product line leadership team, including the global R&D organization, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
• Manage the entire product life cycle of all products and solutions in the global portfolio, ensuring successful outcomes.
• Develop a global product strategy in collaboration with sales regions, define regional target segments, gather stakeholder requirements, and create a prioritized product portfolio and project roadmap that reflects diverse perspectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT or a related field
- 3+ experience in IT project management, with a track record of successful project delivery
- Certification in Project Management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus
- Experience with SAP, preferably S/4, CRM/TPM and/or BW
- Experience within CPG industry is a plus
- Knowledge of Jira & Confluence is a plus
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong vendor management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective partnerships.
