YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the international CPQ rollout across product lines, regions, and distributors, including supporting distributors in integrating the system into their processes and deploying it to their sales partners
- Ensure CPQ features are available throughout the entire sales structure
- Plan and conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars for internal and external users
- Maintain ongoing communication with users to gather and relay feedback, while closely collaborating with the Product Owner and regional sales organizations to drive continuous tool improvement
- Develop rollout plans, coordinate schedules and resources, and monitor progress to provide timely updates to management

Your Responsibilities
- Develop segment strategies in close collaboration with Sales, Service, Product Groups, and R&D, ensuring a deepunderstanding of customer and dealer needs
- Drive market entry of innovative product, generating market needs, identifying test customers, and creating strong market pull

- Translate global After-Sales strategies into actionable regional go-to-market initiatives and coordinate international roll-outs, ensuring market readiness and stakeholder alignment
- Build and manage a Digital Ambassador network across distributor organizations to drive adoption of After-Sales products and digital services
- Develop and implement scalable enablement programs, including trainings, playbooks, and best practices
- Support regional teams and entities in positioning and promoting the After-Sales portfolio toward end customers and key accounts
- Monitor market adoption and partner performance, provide insights for portfolio optimization, and strengthen cross-functional collaboration with Product Management, Digital Solutions, and Sales

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You govern the global Service process landscape, ensuring quality, consistency, lifecycle management and documentation approvals
- You own the global Service change request backlog, coordinating cross‑process input, supporting prioritization and conducting structured impact evaluations (business value, profitability, Clean Core, scalability)
- You design and maintain cross‑system roles and authorization concepts, ensuring SoD compliance and alignment with global governance standards

- Lead and continuously improve HR operations across DACH(I), including employee data administration, HRIS accuracy, hire‑to‑retire processes, payroll coordination, time & absence, travel expenses, and personnel documentation
- Manage and develop the regional People Operations team, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Act as the primary operational interface for employees, works councils, and external partners; serve as escalation point for complex operational matters
- Drive HR process standardization, digitalization, and optimization, including ownership of SuccessFactors usage, HR reporting, and automation initiatives
- Ensure full compliance with local labor law, data protection, and governance requirements; lead operational works council interactions and negotiations
- Own the operational Talent Acquisition setup, including SuccessFactors Recruiting, recruiting workflows, onboarding, and standardized offboarding processes

- Plan, organize, and execute events and trade shows for the Special Solutions segments (Marine, Defense, Railway), serving as the central contact for internal stakeholders and external partners while ensuring brand‑compliant, impactful customer experiences and managing assigned project budgets
- Apply and support PALFINGER’s Global Fair & Event Guidelines, maintaining a consistent brand and architectural identity across all Special Solutions appearances
- Coordinate global and regional fair participation, aligning event planning and execution with corporate marketing and regional units for cohesive representation
- Consult and share best practices with regional hubs, partners, and dealers; identify and benchmark event trends relevant to specialized industries
- Support the Experiential Marketing team in ongoing projects and administrative tasks, provide coverage for team members during absences, and plan and execute strategic location openings
