Your tasks
- Manage and develop COPA-DATA’s representative organization in Brazil, ensuring alignment with regional sales, marketing, and partner objectives across the Americas.
- Develop and execute energy-sector business and partner strategies aligned with both our global goals and the regional growth priorities of the Americas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with system integrators and key accounts
- Identify and onboard new partners that align with our long-term strategy
- Monitor energy market trends, grid modernization programs, and digitalization initiatives to adapt regional strategy
- Coordinate partner initiatives and industry projects to ensure impactful delivery and visible business outcomes
- Support sales teams with manufacturing-industry insights, value propositions, and competitive positioning during sales pursuits
- Coordinate communication, forecasting, and strategic planning between COPA-DATA USA Corp. and the representative organization in Brazil to strengthen regional consistency and visibility
- Collaborate with internal Industry and Product Management to translate energy-sector needs into solution content and go-to-market initiatives
- Gather and share intelligence on manufacturers, OEMs, and automation partners to inform regional strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- University degree in Business Management, Project Management, Economics, or equivalent field experience
- Excellent command of English, German preferred. Other languages are advantageous, but not required
- Strong, sociable presence with excellent communication skills across cultures
- Proven knowledge and network in the QSR, Fast Casual, and Coffee-Tea-Bistro industry
- Skilled in PowerPoint and Excel for impactful presentations and analysis
- Motivated to win new business and open to frequent travel

Your responsibilities:
- Shape and drive the global product strategy in close collaboration with the Head of Product Management.
- Regularly assess and review the international product portfolio, define necessary actions, and support long-term portfolio planning.
- Capture and translate customer needs into product requirements and, with input from the regional product managers, develop clear and impactful product roadmaps.
- Manage development projects (including PRE-PDP), lead cross-functional core teams, and ensure successful execution.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies with a strong focus on technical differentiation and competitive advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- 7+ years of experience in FMCG industry and/or Technology, with at least 3 years focused on digital transformation in sales and distribution managing high performing teams
- Bachelor/Master degree from University, Technical University (FH Schule) or college in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken), German is a plus
- Track record implementing CRM, sales force automation, and/or Distribution Management platforms in FMCG environments
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Solid understanding of retail execution, distributor management, trade marketing, and field sales dynamics
- Entrepreneurial in solving problems and focused on delivering results
- Strong communicator with the ability to simplify complex concepts and strong selling skills to influence various stakeholders

- Lead and manage the Service deliverables of Palfinger's product developments across all product lines, ensuring alignment with with product development and customer project processes.
- Establish and drive a strong PMO structure to enhance transparency, efficiency, and project success in service-related initiatives.
- Support Product Managers in improving products, integrating customer feedback, and developing new service features.
- Oversee global rollout of service products and tools, ensuring market readiness through collaboration with regional teams.
- Build a global Market Manager Network (Sales Ambassadors) within PALFINGERs Sales&Service Organization to strenghten After Sales Products and support their rollout proces.
