- Du verantwortest das Projektmanagement für Teilprojekte der SAP S/4 Hana Implementierung im Bereich Retail.
- Dabei planst, steuerst und realisierst du eigenverantwortlich Finanzprojekte - immer mit Blick auf die Digitalisierungsstrategie des Handels.
- Digitalisierungsmaßnahmen und Best-Practice-Ansätze im Finanzbereich wie Automatisierungslösungen setzt du erfolgreich um.
- Bestehende Finanzprozesse optimierst du und entwickelst sie kontinuierlich weiter.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Stakeholdern des Finanzbereichs der Porsche Holding entwickelst du innovative Zukunftslösungen.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guide and support project teams in creating project definitions and implementing strategic programs with clear goals and timelines
- Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) for selected projects
- Collect and analyze data to support situation analysis and informed decision-making
- Evaluate and improve existing processes and performance monitoring mechanisms (financial and non-financial)
- Promote the use of project management standards and tools across CSS (Corporate Strategy Sustainability) and identify areas for improvement

Die Rolle
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der Geschäftsprozesse im Bereich Logistik und/oder Zoll
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement und SAP-Umfeld
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im SAP Logistik Umfeld (Transportation Management, ERP Sales & Distribution, Global Trade Services)
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Offene, kommunikative und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit, die sich in einem multikulturellen Umfeld wohlfühlt

RESPONSIBILITIES
- 4+ years of professional experience in supply chain planning, proficient in the use of SAP IBP
- Bachelor or master’s degree in business administration, supply chain or operations management, process and/or project management or similar
- Deep knowledge of SAP IBP and proven expertise in developing and implementing process improvements in the field of new product introduction
- Highly experienced in gathering, challenging, and translating business requirements to system integration concepts
- Verifiable experience in managing projects and programs
- System affinity, conceptual strength and holistic view
- Strong analytical skills, solution- and process oriented, structured, assertiveness, communicative and collaborative, team player, able to work under pressure and self-dependently
- Fluent in English, German beneficial but not mandatory
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- End to End Operations know-how, FMCG environment preferred
- Advanced level of Microsoft Office Suite and handling of project management tools

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and manage key HR technology (part) projects and actively guide through the implementation of SAP SuccessFactor modules, features and add-ons
- Provide strategic consulting to our internal stakeholders while continuously deepening your expertise and drive the digitalization with process improvement and release management
- Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, and fostering a collaborative approach to implementing changes to the HR technology landscape
- Conduct business analyses and requirements management in the field of responsibility
- Ensure data integrity and deliver strategic insights through contribution to an accurate, standardized reporting for HR and business

Die Rolle
- Abgeschlossene technische oder wirtschaftliche Ausbildung (idealerweise IT/BWL Studium)
- Idealerweise (mehrjährige) einschlägige Berufserfahrung im IT Projektmanagement mit Schwerpunkt SAP
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Themengebiet SAP Logistics (SAP EWM, …)
- Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, insbesondere in englischer Sprache
- Erfahrener Projektmanager mit ausgezeichneten analytischen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten sowie einem umfassenden Verständnis von Geschäftsprozessen
- Lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude daran, gemeinsam etwas im Team zu erreichen

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT or a related field
- 3+ experience in IT project management, with a track record of successful project delivery
- Certification in Project Management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus
- Experience with SAP, preferably S/4, CRM/TPM and/or BW
- Experience within CPG industry is a plus
- Knowledge of Jira & Confluence is a plus
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong vendor management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex IT systems in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
