- Troubleshoot new or existing product problems, involving designs, materials, or processes.
- Designs, develops, and implements safe and cost-effective complex equipment and methods of assembly for all phases of manufacturing.
- Define process and methods for high volume manufacturing which includes operations method sheet, routing, and sequencing.
- Perform virtual build and create sequence of assembly.
- Perform root cause investigation and recommend corrective action for operational problems, such as material use variances, bottlenecks, fixture issues during build or manufacturing process.
- Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes or resolve problems and follow through resolution to reduce costs, improve product quality, and cycle time.
- Reviews and develops designs that improve product manufacturability and assembly.
- Coordinate new product builds in pilot production manufacturing partnering closely with manufacturing and product engineers.
- Create and release engineering drawings & bill of materials (BOM) using Engineering Change Management process.
- Development of handoff package to allow product transition to high volume manufacturing.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Basic understanding of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with programming languages and scripting (e.g., Python, TypeScript, Bash)
- Advanced undergraduate student, post graduate student, or recent graduates (Bachelor’s / Master's degree) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS)
- Familiarity with Linux/Windows operating systems

RESPONSIBILITIES
- At least 4 years of experience in backend and frontend development with languages like Java, Kotlin or Typescript.
- English fluent, German is a plus
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Multi-Media, Software Engineering, Information Systems or Computer Science or some years of experience in this field
- Experience with technologies like Spring, Liquibase and different database technologies (SQL/NoSQL) and Database Design.
- Experience with frontend technologies like React, NextJS or Vue.
- Proven experience in test automation and test-driven development as well as understanding of CI/CD pipelines and build tools
- Understanding of modern online application architecture concepts, such as availability, scalability, resilience, and responsiveness as well as caching strategies and API design
- Understanding of cloud technologies and state of the art SaaS products like AWS, GitHub, Datadog, Akamai or Cloudinary
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management using Terraform or CloudFormation
- Experience with working in virtual & mixed team organizations, including outsourced partners and vendors
