RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enrolled student or recent graduate (Bachelor’s or master’s level) in Information Systems, Digital Transformation, Business Informatics, IT Management or a related field.
- Fluent in English, German is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and structured working style, with an interest in understanding processes and improving them.
- Ability to communicate clearly and reliably in a professional, cross-functional environment.
- Interest in Digital Workplace topics, enterprise IT collaboration tools and processes.
- Hands-on mindset with a willingness to support both operational and coordination-heavy tasks.
- Basic familiarity with tools such as Jira, Airtable, Confluence or similar systems is an advantage, but not a prerequisite.

Your responsibilities
- Development of embedded control software for cranes in maritime environment, by planning of the software architecture, creation of functional requirements, implementation of software on real time systems, quality assurance with tests and software validation and documentation throughout the development process
- Technical management of the development team and project management
- Ensuring software conformity to rules and standards, especially for safety and cybersecurity as well as collaboration in the certification of the control systems by notified bodies
- Implementation of custom solutions and enhancements of existing systems
- Creation of internal standards and rules, as well as technical support of other departments

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advanced undergraduate, postgraduate or recent graduate (Bachelor's/Master's degree) in economics or a related field
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Creative, motivated, and proactive mindset with a basic understanding of marketing concepts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with good organizational abilities.
- Structured and process-oriented approach, with an interest in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; an eye for design and visual presentation is an advantage.
- Reliable team player with a professional attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- Able to manage day-to-day operational tasks independently while handling multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
