YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, implement, and optimize driver-based planning models across Regions, Functions and Productlines
- Lead the design and optimization of enterprise planning and forecasting models with a strong focus on automatization, governance and data quality
- Translate business drivers into actionable data models within annual budgets, rolling forecasts and strategic planning
- Partner with Data Analytics teams to ensure seamless data integration from ERP and data warehouse systems and govern Planning & Consolidation metadata, hierarchies, and business rules
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and provide decision-support analytics, scenario modeling, and variance analysis to actively further shape our Planning & Consolidation strategy

Aufgaben
- Du unterstützt die die Logistik-Planer*innen bei der Umsetzung von Verbesserungsprojekten, bei der Digitalisierung von Prozessen mit dem Ziel Prozesse zu vereinfachen, zu standardisieren und zu digitalisieren sowie bei diversen Datenanalysen,-visualisierungen und deren Weiterentwicklung.
- Teilaufgaben und Projekte werden von dir eigenständig übernommen. Außerdem bist du eine aktive Unterstützung für das Team und die Schnittstelle zu Fachabteilungen und zu Zentralstellen.
- Die Mitarbeit und Gestaltung an aktuellen Projekten im Bereich der physischen und/oder planerischen Logistik gegliedert in die Bereiche Source/Make/Deliver zählt zu deinen zukünftigen Aufgaben.
- Du übernimmst ein operatives Tätigkeitsgebiet in der planerischen Logistik zur optimalen Ergänzung in der Projektarbeit.

Main tasks:
- Support of the Marine Finance Team as well as the Marine Management Team
- Support data analytics (maintenance and ERP development initiatives)
- Actively driving measures and action plans for performance improvements
- Support of local finance managers for monthly, quarterly and year-end closings
- Support regional data consolidation from Excell and Power BI and story telling
