Your responsibilities
- Development, planning, production and implementation of go-to-market, event and brand concepts and campaigns to effectively communicate and promote our brand identity, values and positioning in the market
- Leading of content and messaging creations across multiple platforms (digital, social media, print and events) to engage and inspire our target audience

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement effective operational IT security procedures and processes, with a focus on Network, IaaS and Cloud security. Define best practices and standards that meet unique local needs, ensuring no conflict with global standards.
- Contribute to development of specific security objectives for prevention, detection, response and compliance including oversight of actions, metrics and reporting.
- Ensure implementation and assessment of globally defined policies and review gaps together with service owners.

Tasks:
- Support in the car rental process (Serve clients at the counter, informing clients about rental conditions and available services, selling upsale products over the counter, rental contracts administration, data management in fleet managing system, payment administration.)
- Damage administration (Taking back the cars from the renters. Checking and recording any damage in the vehicles, reporting problems. Photography and documentation of the damage, deficiencies and other losses.)
- Eventually support in car moving process (Preparing cars for next rental. Daily vehicle inventory. Site arrangement, moving vehicles between parking areas, and handling the logistics of the vehicles.)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, optimize and lead the implementation of processes in systems to support current and future business models, ensuring they are effectively integrated into operations
- Create and maintain process documentation in our global PALFINGER management system, ensuring alignment and compliance across global entities
- Collaborate with Process Managers & Experts in defining strategies and conducting trend analyses on further enhancing our process landscape
- Build a strong network of local process experts through training and workshops, acting as a key knowledge resource globally
- Lead change requests and support testing and training of changes to ensure process readiness during global quality management system rollouts

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience, preferably in Project or Program Management within Operations or Supply Chain Management.
- Experience with CAPEX Projects preferred.
- FMCG industry experience preferred.
- Solid MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) required.
- Experience with Workfront or similar PM tools is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with a focus on conceptual thinking and continuous improvement.
