Specialist, Template Management Sales Operations HUB

The BMW Group is developing rapidly and the optimized management of vehicle stock and distribution channels will play an even more crucial role than today. The European Sales Operations department is looking for support with these new tasks.

Specialist, Template Management Sales Operations HUB (f/m/x).

What can you expect?

• You will develop, operate and optimize the pan-European Built-to-Stock (BtS) vehicle configurations (= Order Templates) in a Group function (BMW and MINI).
• You will determine the best BtS vehicle configurations by combining Data & Analytics, Market & Retail partner feedback.
• You are responsible to constantly monitor the BtS Template performance by utilizing dashboards and AI to analyze data, ensuring operational excellence, informed decision-making and continuous improvement in close collaboration with the BI network and the team.
• You will prepare and present decisions for the Stock and Template Advisory Circle (STAC) as a Group function.
• You will contribute to a regular exchange with relevant central interfaces (e.g. ordering, stock management, volume planning, young used car management) and market-based sales functions (e.g. area manager).
• You will contribute to the adoption of highly automated processes to guarantee mass capability for the whole European Region.

What can we expect?

• You have a degree in business administration, data analytics, logistics or comparable fields of science with professional experience in the automotive industry in an operational sales role (or comparable).
• Alternatively, you have completed your vocational training and have at least 5 years of professional experience in an operational sales role (or comparable).
• Strong analytical skills with a keen ability to dive deep into data.
• Passion for BMW Group products, reflecting enthusiasm for our brand.
• Experience with the BMW Group template management system ConRecOrd will be a plus.
• Familiarity with BMW Processes and confidence to handle and communicate with various Interface partners, e.g. with specialist departments & central functions.
• Personal initiative and 100% reliability.
• Team spirit and intercultural skills.
• Fluent in business English.
