- Independent and timely preparation, execution, and review of payroll for our employees in Germany, in compliance with all legal and company-specific regulations
- Point of contact for employees, managers, and external parties regarding payroll tax and social security matters
- Responsible for statutory reporting and certification processes, as well as communication with external authorities and institutions
- Maintenance and administration of employee master data, ensuring data quality
- Preparation of HR statistics and reports
- Support during internal and external audits (e.g., tax audits)
- Close collaboration with HR team colleagues and regular exchange with Finance and Controlling

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the teams in requirements management, conceptualization, and implementation of internal BI solutions (full-stack analytics development with guidance)
- Support and further drive our KPI platform and contribute to clear, effective information design for dashboards and reports
- Assist in migrating and modernizing the internal data environment and Help prepare, integrate, and validate data from internal and external sources
- Contribute to the setup and maintenance of Master Data Management (MDM) processes
- Support planning and consolidation initiatives through data preparation, analysis, report design and documentation

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advanced undergraduate students, post graduate students or recent graduates (Bachelor/Master degree).
- Fluent in written and spoken English. German is a plus.
- Previous internships or part-time jobs in related fields would be a plus.
- Familiarity with business process management, business workflow concepts and process improvement methodologies.
- Process Documentation, Mining and Automation Tools: Basic knowledge or exposure to process documentation (ARIS), mining (Celonis) and automation tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills combined with the ability and willingness to quickly learn new tools and methodologies.
