- Take ownership of the operational performance and scalability of PALFINGER’s global network of onsite training centers, ensuring excellence in execution, quality, and efficiency with tangible business impact
- Act as the operational counterpart to the Global Training Strategy & Digital Enablement function, ensuring disciplined execution of the global training strategy across training centers and regions within the globally defined standards and governance
- Inspire, lead and develop the EMEA training organization across Sales/Service/Technical and Installation Training — building a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous growth
- Provide functional leadership to training centers in APCA, LATAM, NAM and MARINE in strong cooperation with Global Training Strategy & Digital Enablement driving consistent execution, performance management and best-practice transfer at scale
- Shape the future of PALFINGER’s training network by driving business cases, capacity growth, and operational excellence initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement, safety, and quality through standardized processes, facilities, and equipment management across all global centers

Tasks
- Responsibility for the administration and maintenance of time management systems (time tracking and absences)
- Reviewing, processing, and settling travel expenses in accordance with internal policies
- First point of contact for employees and managers regarding working hours, time tracking, and travel expenses
- Maintenance and continuous updating of digital personnel files
- Supporting the optimization of HR processes, particularly in the areas of time management and administration
- Administration of selected employee benefits (e.g. climate ticket, job bike leasing, etc.)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You govern the global Service process landscape, ensuring quality, consistency, lifecycle management and documentation approvals
- You own the global Service change request backlog, coordinating cross‑process input, supporting prioritization and conducting structured impact evaluations (business value, profitability, Clean Core, scalability)
- You design and maintain cross‑system roles and authorization concepts, ensuring SoD compliance and alignment with global governance standards
- You support the implementation of global process templates and operational changes, coordinate incidents and govern justified exceptions while minimizing process customization
- You coordinate Service reporting requirements, ensure end‑to‑end process KPI definitions, and act as a governance and quality gate between business stakeholders, process experts and the data & analytics organization, driving effective communication and end‑user enablement

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery of agreed objectives and results
- Drive continuous development and rollout of standardized process templates across the group
- Oversee release management, including implementation of RFCs, testing, and hypercare
- Coordinate technical implementations with internal and external partners (e.g., SAP S/4 HANA)
- Organize and ensure 3rd level support, including SLA management for 2nd level services

- Define and maintain security standards, architectures, and baselines for on-premise Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Purview and Azure environments, including privileged access and Zero Trust principles as well as Email and Communications Security
- Guide, steer, and supervise third-party service providers responsible for implementing and operating security configurations, ensuring alignment with internal policies and best practices
- Govern identity and access management, including privileged access management, conditional access, and continuous improvement of Zero Trust capabilities
- Support and coordinate security monitoring and incident investigations using Microsoft audit and logging tools, SIEM platforms, and endpoint detection solutions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to design secure network and cloud architectures, including firewall and secure access solutions, and ensure regulatory and policy compliance
