As an IT Outsourcing Manager, you will be responsible for including designing and negotiating IT outsourcing contracts, harmonizing and optimizing service deliveries, and negotiating pricing. You will also manage mid- and long-term partnership road maps and govern defined service levels.

IT OUTSOURCING MANAGEMENT
You will play an important role in our business by managing relationships with our outsourcing partners and ensuring we meet our service level agreements. You will use your expertise in IT outsourcing to design and negotiate contracts that meet the needs of both parties. You will also work to harmonize and optimize service deliveries to ensure they meet our standards of quality.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
You will perform mid-size projects in the role of a sub-project manager. You will also lead the communication between an application and technical stakeholders and report progress to the project organization.
DEMAND MANAGEMENT
You will play a critical role in our business by ensuring that our application teams have the resources they need to succeed. You will use your expertise in demand management to evaluate project demands and build road maps and resource demands that meet the needs of our organization. You will work closely with our outsourcing partner to set up commercial implementation plans and control time, resource, and budget plans to ensure that we meet our objectives.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise

- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proven track record of success in managing outsourcing partnerships
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of demand management and resource planning
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- University degree in computer science or commercial informatics or a minimum of three years of experience in an information technology role
- English is mandatory. German is an asset.
