- You will be responsible for managing our IT infrastructure, together with the integration and configuration of VOIP, SIP and radio systems in our high-availability communication system.
- You will administer Linux servers and create bash scripts.
Implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipeline to support our programmers in the development process. - You deal with the administration and orchestration of containers (Docker, Kubernetes), including deployment and process optimization with Ansible and ArgoCD to automate our deployments.
- You take care of virtualization and hardware setup to keep our development environments up to date.
- Through our onboarding and skill development program, you will receive support from the very beginning to familiarize yourself with topics that are still unknown to you.

- Du bist verantwortlich für die Verwaltung unserer IT-Infrastruktur sowie die Integration und Konfiguration von VOIP-, SIP- und Funksystemen in unser hochverfügbares Kommunikationssystem.

- With your technical know-how, you standardize our IT product range (servers, storage, backup, virtualization).
- You record and evaluate requirements, coordinate their implementation and define the necessary processes.
- You evaluate and test new hardware and software, create concepts and maintain them on an ongoing basis continuously.
- You plan and coordinate IT infrastructure services as well as asset & license management, patch & release management.
- You communicate with stakeholders, manufacturers, service providers and internal departments and coordinate topics such as capacity management.
- You create, analyze and maintain reports, e.g. assets, licenses, planning, installations and configurations.

- Operate in an R&D environment performing preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and calibrations on equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electromechanical, electronic, and vacuum equipment.
- Ensure safe handling of hazardous gas and liquid materials using required Personal Protective Equipment.
- Partner with cross-functional teams – including process development, hardware, and software engineering – on R&D activities, customer demos, and supporting equipment.
- Install and provide support for prototype equipment, developing procedures and documentation.
- Maintain alignment on priorities across tasks that vary from dynamic to consistent with clear and proactive communications.
