YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement region-specific product marketing strategies aligned with global objectives, ensuring growth and market penetration, and act as the single point of contact between Product Marketing and stakeholders in the EMEA region (Sales & Service, Regional Product Management, Marketing & Communications Hubs)
- Adapt and manage go-to-market strategies and product launch roadmaps, ensuring smooth execution across the region
- Localize global positioning, messaging, and sales tools to meet customer and market requirements in EMEA
- Gather and integrate market, application, customer, and competitor insights to refine regional strategies and value propositions
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration, ensuring consistency, alignment, and high-quality execution across all go-to-market activities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute the regional internal corporate communication plan aligned with global strategies and editorial calendars, implementing corporate key messages and deriving regional messaging
- Manage regional editorial planning in close alignment with global editorial planning, ensuring consistency of content and message flow
- Set up meeting structures with regional and local peers and stakeholders (especially HR and local representatives) to ensure alignment of content and effective information sharing
- Create and manage internal content across platforms (e.g., intranet, newsletters, videos) to ensure clarity, consistency, and engagement, and maintain effective messaging across all internal channels
- Support initiatives that foster employee engagement, cultural alignment, and transparent communication

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors in the assigned territory to drive sales growth.
- Identify new business opportunities in the Hook & Skip Loaders segments, managing the full sales process from initial contact to closing.
- Collaborate with distributors and partners to ensure optimal product positioning and customer satisfaction.
- Support with mounting instructions, technical documentation, and specification guidance.
- The ASM translates customer issues into inputs for Application Management and Product Management.
