Aufgaben – Dafür sorgen Sie bei uns:
- Internationale Zusammenarbeit: In dieser Rolle stehen Sie unseren verbundenen Ländern hinsichtlich verschiedenster Aufgabenstellungen zur Seite. Zudem stellen Sie nicht nur den Informationsfluss zu Weiterentwicklungen und Timings zu den Ländern der Teilgruppe sicher, sondern sind erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für die Fachabteilung von dmDeutschland und der dmTECH (Technologiedienstleister) für alle Belangen rund um den Bereich Produkt Content.
- Prozessoptimierung: Sie gestalten und optimieren kontinuierlich die internationalen Prozesse und stellen sicher, dass Synergien effektiv genutzt werden.
- Projektmanagement: Die Begleitung und Umsetzung internationaler Projekte im Bereich Produkt Content gehört ebenfalls zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich. Dabei stimmen Sie die Anforderungen aller 11 verbundenen dm Länder der Teilgruppe Österreich sorgfältig miteinander ab.
- Koordination und Organisation: Sie übernehmen eine zentrale, koordinierende Rolle, führen länderübergreifende Termine durch und bereiten relevante Unterlagen professionell auf. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit internen Kolleg:innen aller dm Länder sowie externen Partner:innen zusammen.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement global and local marketing communication concepts and campaigns in close collaboration with the Brand & Marketing Communication team
- Lead the creation of engaging content across digital, social media, print, and events to promote brand and product visibility
- Translate and activate global product and solution campaigns for regional markets, supporting lead generation and sales
- Support local sales, service teams, and dealer networks in executing marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Manage agency and third-party collaboration to ensure high-quality, customer-centric communication

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ongoing university studies in business, economics, IT, business informatics, or a similar field
- Very good command of English; German is an advantage but not a must
- Confident use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, is a plus
- Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style
- Basic analytical skills and confidence working with data and documentation
- Strong willingness to learn and develop in portfolio and project-related topics
- Clear and professional communication skills in an international environment
- Proactive, hands-on mindset and readiness to support wherever needed within the portfolio team
