Your Responsibilities
- Provide disciplinary leadership and development for a team of technical experts, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture
- Oversee the implementation and global rollout of a company-wide PLM solution, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder requirements
- Coordinate the integration of PLM, working closely with the Process and Data Organization (PDO)
- Lead process optimization initiatives across departments, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions
- Manage external service providers, including contract governance, performance monitoring, and budget control

- Beratung und Unterstützung der Fachbereiche mit Schwerpunkt auf den SAP-Modulen EWM, MM (Einkauf) und TM
- Analyse, Konzeption, Dokumentation sowie Implementierung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Logistikprozessen in enger Abstimmung mit der Process & Data Organization
- Mitarbeit bei Anforderungsworkshops sowie Ausarbeitung von Fachkonzepten für neue Business-Anforderungen
- Steuerung und Koordination externer Implementierungspartner sowie Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen PALFINGER und externen Projektteams
- Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme von Arbeitspaketen oder (Teil-)Projektleitungen, einschließlich der Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung von Workshops und Projektmeetings sowie Bearbeitung von Incidents in den verantworteten SAP-Modulen

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advanced undergraduate students, postgraduate students or recent graduates (Bachelor's/Master's degree) in the fields of Human Resources Management, Educational Science, Organizational Psychology, Media & Communication Studies, Business Administration or similar fields
- First Experiences in project management, talent management, and human resources are an advantage
- Strong Organizational Skills: ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate logistics, support training events and onboarding processes
- Content Creation Support: assist in preparing training materials, presentations and guides
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills: clear and professional written and verbal communication
- Curiosity & Growth Mindset: eager to learn and help elevate our team to new heights (digital media, global collaboration and L&D setup)
- Proactive working style: takes initiatives, suggests improvements, and follows through on tasks
- Detail-oriented: ensures accuracy in documentation and communication
