RESPONSIBILITIES
- 7+ years of experience in FMCG industry and/or Technology, with at least 3 years focused on digital transformation in sales and distribution managing high performing teams
- Bachelor/Master degree from University, Technical University (FH Schule) or college in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken), German is a plus
- Track record implementing CRM, sales force automation, and/or Distribution Management platforms in FMCG environments

Key Details
- Duration: 1 year (January 2026 to January 2027)
- Work Location: Primarily remote – occasional on-site meetings at our Salzburg office by arrangement

- 4+ years of experience in Data Science. Previous experience working on Data Science topics in Operations / Supply Chain is a plus.
- Masters or Doctorate in relevant field, for instance: Mathematics, Operations Research, Science (including data, computer, behavioural, social, e-con, ...).
- Programming: know at least one of R, Python, SQL with the ability and willingness to learn the other two
- Data Literacy: ability to prepare datasets ensuring top quality such that essence of said data and the implications for the problem at hand can be grasped quickly

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in overseeing legal compliance risk management, with an emphasis on areas such as anti- corruption & bribery, antitrust- & competition law, supply chain and ESG compliance, sanctions & trade compliance, data protection, cyber security & human rights protection.
