RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect, ideally in a media, data, or content-related environment
- Strong background in Domain-Driven Design (DDD), including hands-on application of methods like event storming and context mapping
- Experience in requirement engineering and stakeholder collaboration to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Degree in computer science with several years of relevant experience
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Experience in evaluating build-vs-buy decisions and conducting market research
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams
- Basic knowledge of software engineering, data engineering, and AI, sufficient to discuss technical feasibility with development teams
- Communicative team player with an analytical mind-set willing to take responsibility and drive topics

- Experience in managing budgets related to workplace technology, including cost planning, vendor negotiations, and expense tracking.
- ITIL 4.0 Foundation is a plus.

- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Automatisierungsprojekten, insbesondere im Finanzbereich der Porsche Holding.
- Analyse der Projektanforderungen und Auswahl geeigneter Automatisierungstechnologien wie Workflow-Tools, RPA und End-to-End-Lösungen.
- Internationale Projektkoordination: Steuerung und Abstimmung von Automatisierungsprojekten mit internationalen Fachbereichen unter Einsatz verschiedener Technologien.
- Prozessanalyse und -optimierung: Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Workshops zur Anforderungsaufnahme, Prozessvisualisierung und Einführung agiler Arbeitsmethoden zur Effizienzsteigerung.
- Erhebung und Analyse von Nutzerfeedback durch End-User-Umfragen zur Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen.
- Strategische Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung eines organisationsweiten Automatisierungs- und Betriebskonzepts für die digitale Transformation im Finanzbereich.

Die Rolle
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang oder gleichwertige praktische Erfahrung
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer IT-Abteilung oder einem Beratungsunternehmen
- Erfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement, insbesondere in der Bereitstellung und Einführung von Applications
- Interesse für Marketing-Prozesse wie E-Mail-Marketing, E-Commerce, Direct-to-Consumer-Kommunikation, GDPR, automatisierte User Journey/Kampagnen, etc.
- Idealerweise Erfahrung mit E-Mail-Marketing-Lösungen, Social Messaging-Plattformen oder mit einem ähnlichen Bereich aus der Perspektive eines Consultants oder Solution Architects
- Erfahrung mit Datenmodellen, Integration von Systemen und APIs
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Leistungs- und Ergebnisorientierung sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
- Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch, Deutsch ist von Vorteil
