- Leading the annual economic campaign “Good for Austria.”

- Managing the BMW PressClub Austria.

- Assisting in crisis communication.
- Leading corporate social media activities and owned channels in Salzburg, including editorial planning and content creation.

- Managing daily operations for 12 markets in Central and Southeastern Europe, including strategic planning, event coordination support, and providing markets with relevant information and briefings.

- Planning and conducting the annual corporate reputation study in coordination with the market research team, analyzing results, preparing management summaries, and developing a communication strategy for the Austrian market.

- Define innovation priorities based on the product line strategy
- Manage and shape idea management and innovation processes within the product line and coordinate improvements of these processes
- Technology scouting (trend radar) and market observation regarding changes and future concepts
- Define design guidelines for all products within the product line in close cooperation with Product Marketing
- Align processes with CoE, other product lines and necessary functions within GPO as the contact person in terms of innovation and be the first to contact regarding Patents and IP

RESPONSIBILITIES
- University degree in a relevant field
- At least 7 years of professional experience in the analytics field, preferably within an FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) environment
- Knowledge of SAP BW/BI/BW4HANA and SAP SAC is essential; familiarity with other databases (e.g., SAP BDC, Snowflake, Data Bricks) or front-end technologies (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau) is a plus
- Interest in Supply Chain processes and data sets in the context of reporting, analytics, and planning
- Experience in managing projects, delivering and rolling out applications, as well as in running applications and managing their lifecycle for changes and enhancements
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, paired with a collaborative and proactive mindset, agility, and adaptability to changing circumstances
- Self-motivated team player with good communication skills in English (German is a plus), performance-driven, and result-oriented
