Tasks
- Support in the strategic development of internal and external communication measures and structures
- Successful development and implementation of effective communication campaigns (Employer Branding) in coordination with Marketing and HR
- Organizing and communicating internal meetings (e.g., Global Forum, Management Meetings/Calls): gathering content, creating and editing presentations, execution, as well as preparation and follow-up
- Creating content for all internal communication measures (e.g., internal meetings, intranet posts, info screen slides, short videos) based on global CI guidelines
- Creating content for all external communication measures (e.g., NovaTaste website, LinkedIn) based on global CI guidelines
- Coordination of translations
- Collaborating with the internal marketing and design department as well as external agencies (photographers, translation and PR agencies, etc.)

- Konzeption & Produktion von kreativem Video- und Fotocontent sowie Storytelling-Konzepten

- Community Management
- Konzeption und Steuerung von Paid Media Kampagnen
- Optimierung von Reichweite und Performance

RESPONSIBILITIES
- University degree
- Proficient in written and spoken English. Additional language (e.g. Spanish) skills would be a plus
- Understanding of the Culture landscape and interested in different Culture playgrounds (specifically Music Industry focused), maintaining a network in the Culture field
- Strong project management skills with clear focus on Culture projects (internal / external teams & agencies, production partners, freelancers), including solid presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) and ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Strategic thinking and understanding of brand marketing principles
- Curious, positive and pro-active attitude
- Self-motivated team-player that enjoys working in a diverse and fast-paced environment with multicultural and international stakeholders
- International experience is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES
- University degree
- Proficient in written and spoken English & Spanish. Additional language skills would be a plus
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management and event production, preferably in music marketing
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) and ability to work in cross-functional teams

- Understanding of the freestyle community to be able to guide the markets on developing a community project and creating a strong network
