Your Tasks
- Analyze financial and operational performance of Marine After Sales/Service hubs and identify improvement opportunities.
- Act as a strategic partner to functional managers, supporting business development and decision-making.
- Develop and implement controlling standards and ensure consistency across all hubs.Coordinate key financial processes (budgeting, forecasting, target setting) and ensure timely reporting.
- Drive performance improvement initiatives through actionable plans in collaboration with Service and After Sales teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in the Business Intelligence area with project involvement, ideally gained as a Controller, IT Consultant, Business Consultant, Business Analyst or Requirement engineer
- Advanced level of Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills as well as project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Workfront
- Solid controlling/accounting background and understanding of financial processes
- Ability to understand complex processes, identify risks and find solutions
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills and the capability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders
- Strong communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders
- Team player, self-motivated, goal-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Extensive Project Management experience - Highly skilled in structuring, facilitating, and leading meetings and workshops to align diverse stakeholders, foster collaboration, and achieve actionable outcomes
- Expertise in leading complex end-to-end process design and conceptual discussions to streamline workflows, mitigate risks, and deliver innovative solutions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end processes in Finance (Operations, and Sales is a plus), with particular experience in the FMCG industry. Proficient in systems such as SAP ERP FI/CO, Arriba, X-Suite, BIS, Provisions & Payables, E-invoicing, EDI Interfaces, Liquidity Forecast, and related business processes and data structures.
- Highly experienced in gathering, challenging, and translating business requirements to system integration concepts
- Creative problem-solving and adaptability
- System affinity, conceptual strength and holistic view
- Strong analytical skills, solution- and process oriented, structured, assertiveness, communicative and collaborative, team player, able to work under pressure and self-dependently

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Management Fundamentals: Basic understanding of project management principles, methodologies (like Agile or Waterfall)
- Software Tools: Familiarity with SAP FI, SAP CO, SAP FIORI, JIRA, Confluence, Workfront and Figma (very nice to have).
- Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation, data analysis, and presentations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- University degree in Business Management, Project Management, Economics, or equivalent field experience
- Excellent command of English, German preferred. Other languages are advantageous, but not required

What awaits you?
- Be the finance point of contact for your market(s), incl. BMW & MINI.
- Preparation and communication of business recommendations and reports to management (incl. management of the Regional Headquarter and Local Offices).
- Challenge management on business activities and ensure informed decisions are made to maximize profitability.
- Identify areas for improvement proactively (e.g., profitability initiatives).
- Consolidate month-end actual results, analyze Cost of Retail spend versus budget/plan, derive recommended actions, and communicate them to management.
- Collaborate with the wider team to plan the contribution margin for BMW/MINI cars within the official Forecast and Budget process.
- Analyze quarterly sales campaign programs and provide analysis to management.
- Ensure timely and accurate bonus payments to the BMW Dealer Network.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- 15+ years of experience in departments such as Data, IT, Operations, Supply Chain or Finance
- 5+ years of experience in managing Teams.
- Master’s degree in Process Management, Business administration, Information System, Engineering or similar field.
- Budget management experience & Project management skills (Agile & Waterfall) are essential.
- Proven previous hands-on experience in business process management, process analysis, business process improvement, digital transformation or process management consulting is required.
- Familiarity with process tools (e.g. Celonis, UiPath, Power Automate, ARIS) and project management tools (e.g. Confluence, JIRA, workfront) as well as related concepts.
- Advanced Level of Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and Business Applications (SAP S4HANA, SAP MDG, SAP BW, SAC, SAP BI-IP Planning, Ariba)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support reimbursement projects with a focus on financial analysis and documentation
- Track and evaluate reimbursement and refund values, prepare performance reports, and coordinate related review meetings
- Co-develop KPI dashboards to monitor and visualize key performance indicators.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the legal field, with a focus on compliance.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in overseeing legal compliance risk management, with an emphasis on areas such as anti- corruption & bribery, antitrust- & competition law, supply chain and ESG compliance, sanctions & trade compliance, data protection, cyber security & human rights protection.
- Experience in developing, implementing, and managing compliance programs (incl. compliance communication & network strategies) and initiatives within a corporate environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex legal and compliance issues and develop effective solutions.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

- 5–8+ years in Amazon Vendor Management (1P) or eCommerce account management, ideally within FMCG
- University degree or comparable education
- Fluency in English, other languages are a plus
- Proven success in leading complex negotiations, shaping trade terms, and driving sales growth across multiple markets
- Deep expertise in Amazon’s ecosystem — including Vendor Central, promotional mechanics, and retail media — plus strong understanding of eCommerce operations and compliance
