RESPONSIBILITIES
- Minimum 10+ years in a leading marketing role within the event space (gaming, esports, sports, etc.) at Red Bull or a similar consumer-driven brand, agency, publisher, or organization—holding full content and budget responsibility
- Proven collaboration with gaming event organizers, a strong network in the gaming/esports industry, and deep familiarity with PC, console, and mobile games. Being an active gamer with hands-on knowledge of top competitive titles (e.g., CS, League of Legends, Dota 2, Valorant, Rainbow Six, Age of Empires II) is essential
- Demonstrated success as an independent project leader with a solid track record of delivering impactful initiatives, alongside strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage teams
- Strong organizational talent, entrepreneurial thinking, and the ability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders and markets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills; fluency in English is mandatory, with additional languages as a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES
- 3+ years’ experience in end-to-end YouTube content production, with a strong portfolio of YouTube videos that demonstrate success and channel growth.
- Knowledge of YouTube content best practices, including titles and thumbnails; a passion for surfing and skateboarding is a plus.
- Solid experience in all stages of the content production process, with a strong understanding of cameras and shooting techniques.
- Project management skills with the ability to self-manage complex projects within tight timeframes.
- Extensive network within the content production industry, including strong connections with production partners, agencies, and creative talent.
- Team player mentality with excellent communication skills to clearly convey creative direction and content vision across diverse teams. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

What can you expect?
- You will develop, operate and optimize the pan-European Built-to-Stock (BtS) vehicle configurations (= Order Templates) in a Group function (BMW and MINI)
- You will determine the best BtS vehicle configurations by combining Data & Analytics, Market & Retail partner feedback.
- You are responsible to constantly monitor the BtS Template performance by utilizing dashboards and AI to analyze data, ensuring operational excellence, informed decision-making and continuous improvement in close collaboration with the BI network and the team.
- You will prepare and present decisions for the Stock and Template Advisory Circle (STAC) as a Group function
- You will contribute to a regular exchange with relevant central interfaces (e.g. ordering, stock management, volume planning, young used car management) and market-based sales functions (e.g. area manager)
- You will contribute to the adoption of highly automated processes to guarantee mass capability for the whole European Region
