YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints, and further enhance tools, templates, and application visualizations for global execution
- Provide consulting, governance, and quality control for the design guidelines and their application across PALFINGER functions and local Marketing & Communication Hubs
- Develop merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the brand experience in retail and e-commerce channels, ensuring high-end and innovative merchandising collections
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the Brand Design and Merchandising team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them achieve goals and grow professionally, fostering passion, collaboration, and openness to change
- Oversee the implementation of design and merchandising strategies and guidelines within the global marketing and communication organization as well as across other PALFINGER functions

Deine Aufgaben
- du führst dein dreiköpfiges Team fachlich und betreust mit diesem österreichweit die Themen Filialsysteme und Digitalisierung für unsere Filialen
- du bist für die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von filialrelevanten Systemen verantwortlich
- du koordinierst Projekte, Tests und Rollouts, um deine Themen voranzutreiben
- als Schnittstelle in der Zentrale bist du Ansprechpartner (w/m/d) für unseren internationalen Headquarter und unsere Regionalgesellschaften
- du entwickelst unsere Vertriebsabläufe weiter und vereinfachst Prozesse, wo es möglich ist

Your responsibilites
- Manage and deliver SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects using SAP Activate and leading ERP project management practices
- Achieve results on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards with clear project milestones
- Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary, cross-functional, and international project teams, including external technology integration partners
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks, manage change requests, and maintain strong stakeholder communication
- Prepare and present management reports, PMO status updates, and steering committee materials for executive decision-making

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors in the assigned territory to drive sales growth.
- Identify new business opportunities in the Hook & Skip Loaders segments, managing the full sales process from initial contact to closing.
- Collaborate with distributors and partners to ensure optimal product positioning and customer satisfaction.
- Support with mounting instructions, technical documentation, and specification guidance.
- The ASM translates customer issues into inputs for Application Management and Product Management.
