Your responsibilites
- Manage and deliver SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects using SAP Activate and leading ERP project management practices
- Achieve results on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards with clear project milestones
- Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary, cross-functional, and international project teams, including external technology integration partners
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks, manage change requests, and maintain strong stakeholder communication
- Prepare and present management reports, PMO status updates, and steering committee materials for executive decision-making

Your responsibilities
- : Build and manage the ICT PMO, define project management standards, and ensure governance, compliance, and reporting.
- Reporting & Transparency: Prepare management reports, dashboards, and decision materials; organize ICT portfolio meetings.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the central interface between Business, IT, Management, and partners; collaborate with project managers and functional leads.
- Continuous Improvement: Develop best practices, enhance PM tools and methodologies, and support transformation and change initiatives.
- Portfolio Oversight: Drive transparency and alignment across projects, ensuring consistent standards and effective decision-making.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop training strategy, concept (approach, methodology, tools, training process) for implementing network of business processes in the functional organizations in course of the SAP S/4HANA transformation program
- Define enablement and change management principles and strategy
- Define training tools and systems and their setup for the proper planning and execution of the trainings
- Coordinate the development, sequencing and execution of the trainings in close collaboration with ICT and the Process and Data Organization
- Build network and facilitate collaboration among stakeholders of training and enablement within the project and in the local organizations (Train the Trainer)
