- Define data strategy for BMW Central and Southeastern Europe and establish a "data analysis and BI" expertise center for optimizing reporting, information, and data usage.
- Ensure data and KPI consistency within the company (Sales, Marketing, Aftersales Finance) aligned with central (Munich HQ) and BMW Financial Services requirements.
- Maintain data quality and consistency across reporting and local systems.
- Standardize reported and published reports, streamline data sources and reporting processes.
- Coordinate data stewards in business departments.
- Serve as the main contact for all data in the Region Central and Southeastern Europe for internal and central departments.
- Implement a process for managing business-related local IT applications.
- Contribute to designing and developing technical solutions, identifying new data sources to enhance strategic decision-making.

What awaits you?
- Responsibility for the BMW and MINI vehicle invoicing process for the Region CS (Central- and Southeastern Europe).
- Contribution to the Wholesale funnel management for the BMW Group CS markets in order to achieve the Wholesale targets for the region. Analysis, creation of reports and derivation of appropriate measures, month end steering, exploitation of existing potentials.
- Credit line management in cooperation with BMW Financial Services.
- First level support as well as error and request handling for selected CS markets.
- System expert of the relevant invoicing and WHS operations tools and systems incl. issue handling.
- Responsibility for BMW Motorrad invoicing process for the CS region incl. exchange with markets and BMW Motorrad department.
- Supporting of the Diplomatic Sales business execution for the BMW CS markets.
- Regular cross-functional business exchange with stakeholders of other departments in house, with BMW AG and the BMW CS markets.
- Support and contribution to system roll-outs and projects.

- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to analyze market trends and partner feedback, refining the COPA-DATA Partner Program for future success.

What can we expect?
- You have a degree in business administration, logistics or comparable fields of science with initial professional experience in the automotive industry in an operational sales role (or comparable).
- Alternatively, you have completed your vocational training and have at least 5 years of professional experience in an operational sales role (or comparable).
- Experience with the BMW Group template management system ConRecOrd will be a plus.
- Familiarity with BMW Processes and confidence to handle and communicate with various Interface partners, e.g. with specialist departments & central functions.
- Personal initiative and 100% reliability.
- Team spirit and intercultural skills.
- Fluent in business English

- You are collaborating closely with country managers to drive the successful rollout of the initiative across our cooperation markets.
- You coordinate and support the set-up of the contractual framework needed for the TNR go-live between the markets NSC, SF1-AT and the cooperation partners.
- You support the markets testing activities (if needed, no IT integration) and transformation process.
- Austria:
- You enhance the end-to-end sales journey, both offline and online, by working closely with local and central business and IT teams.
- You analyze customer behavior and leverage data-driven insights to derive business, operational, and technological requirements.
- You align local and regional solutions and requirements with stakeholders across the market, the region, and headquarters.
