- Im Rahmen des 18-monatigen Programms arbeitest du in drei verschiedenen Abteilungen wie HR Business Partnering, HR Beratung, Personalentwicklung, HR-Controlling oder HR-IT. Dabei hast du die Möglichkeit, eine Zeit lang mit internationalem Fokus zu arbeiten.
- Du übernimmst von Anfang an Verantwortung und bringst dich aktiv im operativen Tagesgeschäft ein; dabei erstellst du unter anderem Reportings für Entscheidungsgrundlagen, Präsenationen und führst Eingaben in unseren HR Systemen (u.a.SAP HCM, eRecruiter, etc.) durch.
