RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advanced undergraduate student, post graduate student, or recent graduates (Bachelor’s / Master's degree) in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Familiarity with programming languages and scripting (e.g., Python)
- Basic understanding of cloud computing platforms (ideally AWS)
- Comfortable working with data having first experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
- Knowledge of SQL to query databases and data products
- Strong interest in data-driven decision making
- Affinity for media and automation is a big plus
- Ability and courage to challenge the status quo as well as the willingness to investigate new solutions and technologies

What awaits you?
- You support the BMW Motorrad team in their daily tasks (campaign planning & reporting, Marketing & Sales Funnel steering especially through preparation of presentations and analytics, digital and offline Marketing, Customer Support reporting, workshop capacity analyses, dealer communication) together with nine Markets of the Region Central and Southeastern Europe.
- Active support and participation in Marketing activities for product launches and all related life cycle measures which cover the whole BMW Motorrad Marketing mix as well as Customer Support topics (order trade fair, training preparation).
- You are in contact with external partners (creative, media, event, training agencies) and create interfaces to internal counterparts (Sales, Dealer Development, Purchasing, Finance and others).
- Responsibility for own BMW Motorrad projects which you align with your team members and our local offices in the nine markets.
- You prepare presentations for the Head of BMW Motorrad Department and affiliates.

What awaits you?
- Implementation of pricing measures for Parts, Accessories, and Clothing across 9 markets.
- Implementation of the training program: aligning content and needs with all relevant stakeholders, organizing training events, and maintaining training systems and tools.
- Monitoring bonus target achievement and providing regular reporting to market managers.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of customer support strategy as well as new project rollouts.
- Supporting the rollout of new IT systems and applications.
- Analyzing data and preparing reports to support decision-making.
- Providing administrative support for dealer development and customer support operations.

What can we expect?
- A degree in business administration, logistics or comparable fields of science with initial professional experience in the automotive industry in an operational stock management role (or comparable).
- Alternatively, you have completed your vocational training and have at least 5 years of professional experience in an operational stock management role (or comparable).
- Experience with the BMW Group ordering system IVS-R will be a plus.
- Familiarity with BMW Group Products and Processes and confidence to handle and communicate with various Interface partners, e.g. with specialist departments, central functions and 3rd party providers.
- The ability to accurately track inventory and run predefined reports.
- Good organizational and planning skills.
- Personal initiative and 100% reliability.
- Team spirit and intercultural skills.

- Aktive Mitarbeit an der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer internationalen Finanzprozesse im Zuge des Direktvertriebs, um diese effizienter und effektiver zu gestalten.
- Neben der Prozessoptimierung umfassen die Aufgaben insbesondere die Qualitätssicherung in den Accountingprozessen wie Kontenabstimmungen, Mahnwesen, Intercompany-Abstimmungen und das interne Kontrollsystem.
- Du erstellst Dokumentationen der Finanzprozesse und bist Ansprechpartner für unseren externen Dienstleister.
- Du arbeitest eng mit unseren internationalen Prozesspartnern und Stakeholdern zusammen, um gemeinsam innovative Lösungen zu finden.
- Analyse unserer Finanzsysteme und -anwendungen und Aufzeigen von Optimierungsmöglichkeiten in enger Abstimmung mit der IT.
- Erstellung von Berichten und Präsentationen für das Management, um über Fortschritte und Ergebnisse zu informieren.
